On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna
and Caesar salad. Now we're going to saute our sausage; I have some fresh sweet Italian
pork sausage. I'm just going to slit these meats out of their skins like that, just slice
it back down and pull it out. Then I have the pot heating with a little butter and we're
going to saute the pork and normally the pork wouldn't need butter but we're starting a
sauce and developing a sauce. So we're going to let that saute and when we come back we're
going to saute our vegetables.
