I was in a car accident, but the insurance company denied my claim because they said
the impact was too minor, and there was no way I could be injured. What do I do?
First, as I have alluded to throughout this series of videos, do not trust the insurance
company. They will tell you anything to avoid paying you. The insurance adjuster has magically
become an attorney and a doctor and infallible all at once.
Unfortunately, the insurance companies know that some attorneys will not accept cases
because there was minimal damage to the vehicle. I am not that attorney. I will listen to you.
I will give you a full assessment based on the totality of the circumstances.
So if the insurance company tells you, you were not injured because the impact was too
minor, that's rubbish. Do not listen to them. Get on the phone and call a personal injury
attorney.
