Hello my name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village we are going to be
preparing fried calamari. The next step after we did the squid and we put some flour here
we want to add our eggs; 3 eggs is just enough. You want to put some seasoning in there and
pepper and some salt. You beat it. While you are doing this you want to remember to go
check your sauce so when I turn it it looks fabulous. The sauce is perfect and now what
we are going to do is put the egg mixture on top of the calamari. I do it this way this
is my trick instead of doing it one at a time, we are going for quickness here because time
is money. So this is the easiest way. It may not look that great but it is very effective.
You just move it around, you don't have to use your hands. My grandmother use to always
use her fingers and do them one by one. It took too much time, we don't have time today.
We want to make sure the egg goes all over inside and out. So just look. Okay that is
perfect all your calamari are full of egg.
