I'm Julie Branum and we are going to continue now from the all fours position and come into
a modified cat cow pose so on an inhalation hold the neutral spine. On an exhale descend
the heart down towards the hands. As the shoulders reach up skyward. On the inhale lift the heart
back up. Good. With the arms straight take a nice deep breath in, exhale, again soft
the heart down towards the hands. Feeling the shoulder blades lift up off the back towards
the ceiling. Good. Come back to neutral spine. Good. Nice deep breath in, exhale. Soften
the heart down towards the thumbs. Good and exhale, release. One more time on an inhale
as we draw the spine in two directions. Exhale, let the heart draw down towards the thumbs
and now reach the heart down towards the front of the room as your gaze looks up slightly,
good. Exhale and soften. One more time, inhale and draw the spine in two directions with
the firm placement of he hands and feet. Exhale let the heart melt down and reach forward
towards the front of the room. Good come back to a neutral spine position. Nice deep breath
in. Wonderful job and hold.
