Good evening everyone
Today we will be interviewing the prisoner Walid Al Sinani
I started this interview last Ramadan
But the interview required more time than the program's duration
So we took permission from our colleagues at MBC to grant us extra time
The purpose of this extra time is that we don't want
to delete anything from this interview
The scenes we deleted from this interview
are the ones which contradict with TV norms and regulations
like insults to a person
which is a breach to the mentioned norms
Moreover, it is to protect ourselves and protect Walid
Let's watch the interview together
Good evening everyone
We are now interviewing the prisoner Walid Al Sinani
_ Hello Mr. Walid _ Hello
Walid, I would like to start from the very beginning
_ Yes _ Where were you born? In which city?
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds The Compassionate, the Merciful
O Allah bless our leader and prophet Muhamad
And the family of Muhamad and his companions
I am Walid Ibn Saleh Ibn Hamad Ibn Ali Ibn Muhamad Al Sinani Al Ameri Al Sobe'i
Descendant of the Sobe'i Tribe, from Oneiza
My father and all my uncles are from Oneiza
and Al Khenini...
_ You were born in Oneiza? _ No I was born in Riyadh
_ In Riyadh _ In 1385 (Hijri)
_ Is your father alive? _ No
_ He died in 1426 _ How old were you when he died?
_ In 1426, eight years ago _ Eight years
_ You are now... _ Yes
Tell me about the environment you lived in
You lived in Riyadh, what did your father do?
My father occupied many offices
Of course when he died he was very old
He occupied several positions
I don't remember that period but this is what I heard
As a youngster, he joined what we call the 'Mujahidin'
_ He even had a rifle _ Al Mujhidin rifle
_ Yes, from Abdulaziz Bin Saud _ Yes
I remember that rifle
It had an enscription that it is the property of Allah
He used to get paid for it
Later on, he moved with his cousins, sons of his uncle Cheiban
who are all now dead
That was when Ashir and Najran first opened
My father went to Ashir for some time
You mean he participated in monotheism?
He contributed but...
What did he work after that?
Did he have a job?
He worked with something that has to do with salaries or maybe worked as guard
_ But as far as I remember... _ Was he educated?
He acquired primitive education
_ At the hands of scholars? _ Yes, very good
As far as I remember the last days of his career
I could be mistaken
He was in the censoring and Investigation department
Right
That was during the last days of his career before his retirement
How many siblings do you have?
I have...
Of course I have no siblings
_ All of them are step siblings _ So all of them are step siblings
I have one sister who died may she rest in peace
_ God bless her soul _ The others are step brothers
_ Which son are you? _ You mean which number?
_ Yes _ I'm the fourth son
The fourth
What about your financial status when your dad was still alive? Was it good?
_ It was fine _ Fine
_ Yes, it was fine _ Ok
_ You studied until highschool _ Right
In Riyadh?
_ And I studied in university as well _ Which university?
_ The Principles of Religion _ The Principles of Religion
Then I had some remarks on the curriculum
so accordingly I left the college
I am asking about your financial status and about your father's career
because I want to know what made you get into this?
Get into what?
I mean, you isolated yourself from the environment
As if you don't accept anything in it
I mean you object against the curriculum in the university and so on...
Who affected you in this manner?
Actually, by the grace of God upon me
ever since I was young
I was raised religiously
And the person who had the most impact on me
was my brother Ahmad
Ahmad who was a preacher in a mosque
_ That's right _ OK
He was my step brother
He was the only preacher who pointed out the government's evil acts
The government used to summon him all the time
At the time there was no such thing as arrests, it was merely summoning
He used to talk about politics and media
He had an impact on you?
My father had chosen me from among all my siblings to live with him
My other siblings were raised in a different environment
Was your mother present back then or had your father divorced her?
No, he divorced her
How old were you when he divorced her?
_ I don't remember _ So you were little back then
_ That's right _ And you lived with your brother?
My father chose me to live with my brother instead of my other siblings
My father's household wasn't religious It was more of an ordinary household
They pray, but just like everyone else
But my brother's household was different
It had allegience and separation and love and hatred
And there was classification between disbelievers, believers, and hypocrites
It was something I never saw in my father's house
I benefitted very much from this
But people before that used to pray and fast...
and differentiate between what's forbidden and what's not
and everyone had pure faith
No.. actually.. that..
I am older than you...
You are 47 and I am older than you
Now people are listening to advise and things are good
Religion is not only about prayers
I didn't say that
I said that people in general, have good in them
Look, there's no doubt that there is good
But Allah said in the Quran, and the Messenger (PBUH) said:
That most people in every era, will be astray from the truth
It is very clear there
As God said in the Quran:
'If thou obeyedst most of those on earth would mislead thee far from Allah's way'
'And though thou try much, most men will not believe'
'But most of mankind believe not'
'Few of my bondmen are thankful'
'And lo! many partners oppress one another
save such as believe and do good works, and they are few'
_ That's right _ And..
Sheikh Walid, excuse me
When we spoke about the Principles Of Calling to Islam
Before we started the interview
The first thing we talked about was the prophet's age when he was sent
_ He was forty years old _ Right, forty years old
He used to live in Mecca and there were idols and disbelievers
_ Polytheism and atheism _ Yes
and he was merciful with everyone
I want to ask you, since you are a good reciter, and you recite in many events
Since you have this amount of knowledge
haven't you tried to reach people in a different way?
_ You were harsh somehow _ Actually...
I'm just asking why, and what made you..
_ First of all... _ Al Oneizi tribe isn't harsh, it's kind
I actually can't forget this event
When I went to the court the judge told me
_ He said Al Oneizi don't excommunicate _ That's true
I said I don't care about Al Oneizi tribe
I care about the truth
Al Oneizi have nothing to do with anything
He was talking about the nature of the people you belong to
Al Oneizi tribe gave birth to clerics and wise men
But religion in Bredi was more
The religious environment in Bredi throughout history was better
_ That was in the past _ Sure, I meant the old times
There is still good in Al Oneizi
What I mean now is that...
Excuse me... Regarding the method of Calling
Yes
A lot of people prefer the soft side and overlook the harsh side
We even hear a lot over the media
that the prophet (PBUH) is the prophet of Mercy and the prophet of peace
That's right but you have to continue reading
What is really mentioned in the Quran and Hadith is not as you claim
The prophet (PBUH) is the prophet of Mercy and the prophet of battle
The prophet of power and the sword
As mentioned in the Quran, God talked about the Companions:
'They are hard against the disbelievers'
_ Against the disbelievers? _ Yes
_ He didn't say 'Against you' _ Excuse me
Against the disbelievers
_ Now... _ You seem to be alluding to us
_ No, no don't say that _ I am saying what you believe
All countries that claim to be Islamic, not only Saudi Arabia,
are now aiming to eliminate the enmity of disbelievers
Even Jews, Christians, and Communists
Even non Muslim ctizens?
Look, fighting is different than excommunication
The prophet (PBUH) and all other prophets
were ordered proceed with excommunication and enmity
at the time they were not ordered to fight
Okay, we'll talk about this later
So you went to Sheikh Ibn Otheiman and asked him about the excommunication
No I didn't ask him, I just went to enlighten him
What did he say?
_ There is a reason for that _ OK
I spoke in some gatherings
about the excommunication of the state
Actually I used to talk about it in many gatherings
And I used to talk to anyone about apostate laws and its tendancies
And that this is the dilemma of this era
and it is not limited to this country but all countries as well
It has good and bad people
_ So, Ibn Otheiman knew about this _ May God bless his soul, he died
Yes, he died on 1421
So, he knew what I said and he called my brother Ahmad
I didn't know him that well
When I was a kid, I attended some lessons, but I didn't know him well
But he knew my brother Ahmad very well
because Ahmad used to call him regularly and talk to him about the evils of the state
And he used to ask him to act
Ibn Otheiman had a strong knowledge, but he was charmed by the government
He was led astray from the truth
Even when we point out the wrong things, he would just remain silent
He was weak
He was often criticized for being weak
Why do you let them affect you?
I'll give you this incident as an example
This incident is a stain in the history of the Arabian Peninula
and till judgement day
The occupation forces that invaded the peninsula in 1411
Kuwait's Liberation
Yes, but in fact it was an invation to the Arabian Peninsula and desecrating it
It is an evil American plan
Did you excommunicate Ibn Otheiman?
_ No I did not, allow me to finish _ OK
This invasion was planned a long time ago
It was just a pretext
They liberated Kuwait and left
First of all, they have no right to stay
The official media, the state and the US leaders themselves have confessed
After the crisis, they used to say...
One year after I was imprisoned
This was 5 years after the event
They used to say that the US forces will stay in Saudi Arabia
as long as Iran and Iraq pose a threat
Even if... it's well known..
_ That is not true at all _ Excuse me
I'm not talking about other countries
I'm talking about the inside
_ The forces left... _ Let me make it clear
You are now talking about things like
Education, you didn't educate your children, why?
Because I have a lot of reservations and dangerous remarks regarding education
I didn't know but God led me to the right vision and I understood the threat
How many children you have?
I have three boys and six girls
Six girls
All of them didn't attend any school
All of them didn't go to school
You attended university, how can you deprive them of education?
_ Now all of them. _ Yes?
They know I'm in prison, my girl is 21 years old and the other is 16
All of them pray for me
They say, may god bless you for keeping us away from schools and their evil
Now, I'm not saying that all schools are full of evil
The have a mix of good and evil
The Quran that many disbelievers blend the truth with falsehood
That is the most dangerous threat
If you find pure truth then there will be no problem
_ Walid _ Excuse me please
If it's pure truth then there's no problem
and if it's pure falsehood then it's also not a problem
but the dangerous thing is when the truth is blended with falsehood
If they get mixed, then only a few people will be guided to the right path
Like what? Tell me what's wrong with the curriculum?
God said in the Quran:
'Don't confound the truth with falsehood and knowingly conceal the truth'
What aspects of the curriculum did you forbid your children from?
First thing...
_ The curriculum... _ Yes...
concentrates on some secular subjects
It concentrates on subjects like nationalism
Patriotism and Nationalism are principles...
There is no concentration on Nationalism in our curriculum
_ Yes, there is _ That's not true
Listen, the religion curriculum has nothing to do with nationalism at all
Neither the Arabic language curriculum
Mathematics curriculum has no nationalism
There is only one curriculum and it is called national education
People are complaining that it doesn't exist and you're saying it does
Listen to me
Before the application of this curriculum
It's not even an important subject
No, no
You forbade your children from learning 23 years ago
Even before we thought of it
_ Listen please _ Alright
_ Before this subject was launched... _ Yes
The evil concept of nationalism or paganism was implanted in the curriculum
Humanism and nationalism is even more dangerous in its meaning
Please don't interrupt
I'm not interrupting you Walid but you don't know what I mean
I'm discussing specific points
You are an educated man and a reasearcher
The point of discussion is that you forbade your children from getting
education from curricula that are approved by a legitimate committee
represented by Yousef Al Ahmad and people who are acknowledged by you
And you are yourself one of the people who acknowledge them
What made you..
At least let them attend schools to learn Quran!
Even teaching the Quran!
Listen, if the schools that teach the Quran eliminates those void curricula...
There are no void curricula in Quran learning!
Yes there are a lot of void curricula
_ Those curricula praise the... _ Are you being stubborn?
Listen to me...
The international tyrant institutions
What international tyrants? We're talking about Quran curriculums
I sent my son to one of them and then took him out after a while
Those Carricula includes praise
to the International Tyrant, which is called United Nations
And the Libertine Council that is called The Arab League
And the Libertine Council of Sin and Aggression that is called America
As well as the Humanity in its Secular scope
We studied all that when we were young and we didn't know any of these lies
We were taught that Saudi Arabia should be praised for eliminating the
enmity between countries and nations
and that the relation between countries is based on friendship,
fraternity and mutual respect
What is your aim? Do you want to fight all the world?
_ Excuse me _ Hold on, just answer my question
All the scriptures and prophets of God have one major message and principle
which is to excommunicate the disbelievers and take them as enemies
and repudiate them and fight them as God ordered
I can't argue with these matters because I'm not specialized on that
_ Now if you... _ No, let me continue
_ And even if.. _ No, don't continue
_ I don't wan to discuss this subject _ Even if they were of your family
Okay, I got your answer about education
We'll continue our interview with Walid Al Sinani after the break
Welcome again
Let's watch the second part of the interview with prisoner Walid Al Sinani
Now, why do you forbid the family register and the ID's?
_ Because it is.. first thing _ Why to forbid it?
You want people to be without ID's?
Listen to me
This is because of the political divisions in the country
These divisions upon which the nationality concept is conducted, is all void
And God never mentioned any of it and it was built upon the law of the International Idolary
Listen to me..
Speaking of the so called citizenship,
if he has citizenship then he will legally have all the rights
Even if he was a Shiite, even if he was Ismaili or Batini
Even if he was Christian, even if he was the most infidel thing
If he becomes a citizen then he will have the right
So you disapprove citizenships
Because it's void
But how would people meet and travel around?
What kind of government are you seeking?
What kind of system are you trying to make? I can't understand
How are people going to travel?
The Islamic State...
There is no Islamic state at present
We're in other countries, there's no Islamic state
_ The Islamic State has gone _ No
Do you mean the Caliphite State?
_ The Caliphite State is also gone _ The state of...
Are you living in this era or in the past?
We are currently living in this era
We are in the 21st century
There is a difference between who accepts these things because he needs it
_ I disapprove it, I don't want the... _ Citizenship...
The Citizenship and all..
_ Even though my children have it... _ You see?
Hold on, excuse me
All my children have ID cards
They disapprove it as well, and they agree with me that it is void and false
and that it is based on treaties that divide the Islamic countries
And give rights to the citizens even if they are disbelievers
And takes the rights from non citizens even if they were believers
_ But they just use it when needed _ OK
But I will answer your...
Where did you use to express your opinions?
You had no internet or anything of the sort
_ That's right _ How?
_ Through a book _ Where do you discuss that book?
In gatherings and anywhere possible
_ You mean in the streets? _ No
_ Where then? _ In gatherings and meetings
How old were you when you got married?
_ I got married at 20 _ 20, good
Since you were gifted with children
Didn't you think of changing your attitudes and orientations to cncentrate on raising them?
Are you still the same Walid of 15 years ago?
You don't know about this
_ I know, I can see you right now _ You don't know
I was different from how I look these days
You're right there
I assume you haven't looked up my background
No, but I have read about you
_ In the past... _ I'd like to ask
I used to be charmed with the state and its legitimacy
I used to defend it
Some accused me that I was a security agent
Praise be to Allah, I wasn't infuriated by this
I can call the state I was in hypocrisy
Why do you say charmed?
_ Because I was charmed _ Charmed
So we're all charmed as citizens?
Those who favor tyrants and their hypocrisies are charmed
So we're all tyrants, apostates and hypocrites?
Listen to me
This state that spends money on building Mosques all over the land
and gives and has the two holy shrines
and it spends money on them and on Muslims
The Saudis' grace has filled the world
We're all hypocrites and you're the only one who's right?
First of all
Walid, do you really believe what you're saying?
Who are the best of people?
_ The Prophets and messengers _ OK
When Allah praised them in the Quran and praised their characteristics
After that he said:
But if they had joined in worship others with Allah
All that they used to do would have been of no benefit to them
And Allah also addressed the Prophet Muhammad
Saying that you Muhammad the best of creation have been informed
And indeed it has been revealed to you as it was to those before you
If you join others in worship with Allah surely your deeds will be in vain
and you will certainly be among the losers
Allah has also pointed out in the Quran that many infidels, apostates and hypocrites
may offer charity and do good deeds but they won't be accepted from them
Allah told us in the Quran that they may do good deeds
It's like praying for a long time without performing ablution
Also, those who do good deeds but are infidels
Allah will not accept their deeds
Cain and Abel offered sacrifices
Their story is mentioned in the Quran
They both were seeking Allah's pleasure
Allah accepted one sacrifice but rejected the other
Allah justified that by saying he only accepts from the pious
This verse conveys a rule
There are non pious people but Allah doesn't accept their deeds
Allah showed the scales that accept and reject deeds
I don't want to argue with you on this topic
In Soorat Al-Isra Allah mentioned three conditions for accepting deeds
_ Yes _ He said:
"And whoever desires the Hereafter" not for the sake of being praised
Not just to be praised and have his pictures shown in the media
What do you think of what's happening in Syria?
If this state in an infidel state then what do you think of Syria?
In Syria there are Mujahideen
There are Islamic fronts and non Islamic fronts
The non Islamic fronts are futile
There is Al-Nusra Front and the ISIS
We pay homage to the Islamic fronts
_ Do you follow all that? _ Yes
_ Where? _ From the news, Al Jazeera channel
_ Do you watch TV? _ Yes
_ You didn't have a TV set at home _ We still don't have one
Didn't your children watch TV?
You've forbid them to watch TV
No, they don't want to watch it
You've forbid them to watch it, they're children for God's sake
_ Right now, they have... _ Be honest, Walid
Don't your children want to watch cartoons?
_ Don't they want to laugh? _ Cartoons?
You don't allow them to watch it
_ You watch TV alone _ No
They don't have a TV set, they get the news from the internet
_ The internet is even worse _ Yes, I agree
OK, the TV has Islamic channels
The Saudi Quran channel has only a picture of the Kaaba and Quran
Is that forbidden?
There's nothing wrong with that
Of course, it's a photo of the Kaaba
Stay with me, let's not disagree
I watch news channels
I'm against all channels
Al Jazeera is the least bad and sympathizes with Islamists
but I'm also against it because it has no faith
It doesn't adopt the principle of homage and separation
It interviews Israelis
Have you seen interviews with Israelis on Al Jazeera?
It interviews people worse than Israelis and Jews
But it doesn't display enmity towards them
There are channels that excel in displaying hostility towards Islam
like the infamous Al Arabiya
It's the enemy of Jihadists and monothiests
The official TV stations here lean towards secularism
Al Jazeera doesn't adopt the principle of homage and separation
but it sympathizes with the Islamic movements
Now that we're talking about movements
_ Did you form a cell in prison? _ No
_ You didn't _ No
Have you participated in any activity to kill people or bomb places?
No, but my religion compels me to conduct Jihad
What is Jihad? Slaughtering people?
Jihad against the enemies of Allah, the infidels and apostates
When Muslims dies in an attack like Al Muhaya, what do you think of that?
I'm not the one to answer this
This has been answered by famous clerics from the past
What did they say?
Ibn Taymiya may he rest in peace
He said all clerics unanimously decided that if infidels use Muslims as shields
I mean use them as human shields and there was concern for the Muslims safety
They should be fought and all Muslims killed are martyrs
and if there was no concern for their safety
There are two famous sayings, this is what Ibn Taymiya said
If we can rescue the Muslims we are obliged to do that
_ but if we can't... _ We kill them
No, we don't
Suppose there's one infidel living among us with a work contract
He's living in a complex where all the others are Muslims
Do we wipe out the whole complex because of one man?
This is what happened in Al Muhaya
That's not true, most of the people there are infidels
There were more Muslims, do you want to see the statistics?
There were a few Muslims but most of them were infidels
The majority were Muslims not infidels
_ Apostates _ No, they were Muslims
They believe in the one God, children were killed
Girls aged six and seven died, what was their crime?
Allah will ask you on judgment day why you killed them?
Murdering women and children on purpose is forbidden
What about the security forces and the police?
Excuse me, murdering women and children on purpose is forbidden
_ but if it's by accident... _ It's allowed, right?
It can be forgiven and I will prove it to you
There is a Hadith narrated by Sa'ab Bin Jatham
The Prophet was asked about the families of the infidels
They should be attacked at night so that you don't recognize them
Children and women may be hit inadvertently
The Prophet said they are among them
Abu Dawud confirms the authenticity of this Hadith, you can look it up
It's a well known collection of Hadiths
He trod upon harming women and children during an attack
He said that it wasn't a problem
The forbidden act is to deliberately kill women and children
but if you attack the infidels and you can't separate the women and children
You should try to avoid hitting them but if you do inadvertently then it's fine
Ahmed Bin Hanbal forbids going to war if only one person objects
_ That's not true _ It is
_ This is what Ahmed Bin Hanbal said _ That's not true
_ Regarding not killing people _ It's not true
All the Quranic and Sunna texts compel fighting a ruler who proves to be an infidel
_ Allah ordered us to fight the infidels _ Infidels from your point of view
But most people say they're not infidels, you're the only one who says this
Sheikh Ibn Baz (RIP) and Ibn Otheimeen (RIP)
_ And the high clerics association _ The high traitors association
That's your opinion, OK
Let's move on from the complex you say was full of infidels
You seem to know their intentions
The Prophet's companions were the best of people
You attacked a military area where Saudi Muslims pass by
_ Listen, tyrants... _ Tyrants (sarcastically)
_ They were just passing _ Allow me
The tyrants soldiers and those who protect them
_ Now citizens are tyrants _ No, there's a difference
The state is a tyrant and soldiers are tyrants, what are we then?
_ We live among them _ Don't mix things
_ You're mixing things, Walid _ Don't twist my words
I'm not twisting your words, I'm asking you
We distinguish between their soldiers and even our brothers the Mujahideen...
So soldiers are infidels?
I say the soldiers of tyrants because in Islam we have to judge by appearances
If the ruler is a tyrant then all the soldiers are tyrants
This doesn't mean that there are some good people among them
but we overlook them because we observe the majority
I'll give you an example
The Taliban consider Karazai and his soldiers as infidels
There's no difference between them
_ Did you go to Afghanistan? _ I went during the USSR period
When did you return and what did you see?
No, answer my question
What did you see in Afghanistan?
How were the Mujahideen you saw?
_ They were different _ Tell me the bad things
There are good people and not so good people
Tell me about the bad ones
Some of the Mujahideen's actions can be praised and some others can't
_ Were some of them into politics? _ What do you mean?
You know, interests and other stuff and they don't pray regularly
_ That's not true _ Some of your friends told me this
I was told this by people who were living with the Mujahideen
Some of them were on drugs
The Mujahideen factions differ
The Taliban can't be compared to the other movements
that used to fight the communism wave
Some of the movements that fought the communists
have defected and joined the traitor government
Now they and the traitor government are the same thing
The Taliban has targeted some of their operatives
I'll give you an example, Burhan Al Din Rabbani
He was one of the most prominent leaders of Jihad against communism
When the US invaded Afghanistan, he joined the government
and he was assigned head of Parliament
The Taliban killed him in a suicide attack two years ago
If you will excuse me, Walid
If someone told you his opinion and generalized it to include all Mujahideen
Is he allowed to do that?
You're generalizing your opinion including all Saudis
That's your opinion
You have a stance against the curriculum
You have reservations regarding banks
You've excommunicated the whole country, that's not right
_ That's not true _ It's what you're saying, tyrants
Yes, the rulers are tyrants
The people aren't tyrants, there are Muslims among them
The people are pleased with their leader
_ He's deceiving the people _ Can he deceive 20 million?
A large proportion of the people are against him and you know that
_ That's not true _ It is true
You're just inventing scenarios
_ A large proportion of the people... _ Aren't you living with us?
A large proportion of the people, even those who are secular
and even the apostate left wing like Oneiza and other tribes
They damn them and they're even more heretic than them
We'll continue the third part of the interview after the break
Good evening
My guest tonight is detainee Walid Al Sinani
Let's watch the third part of the interview
You're now asking your family to immigrate
_ Yes _ Where to?
If they leave Saudi Arabia, where do they go?
Where do they go?
You told them to leave the land of heresy to the land of Islam, right?
_ The Mujahideen _ Wait
You asked your family to leave the land of heresy to the land of Islam
_ Right? _ Yes
Where to?
The areas where the Mujahideen are in control
Where are theses areas the Mujahideen are in control of?
Areas in Afghanistan and Pakistan and Iraq
You want your daughters to go to Afghanistan?
_ The girls no, the girls stay at home _ So?
See how you're beginning to make no sense
You told them to immigrate from the land of heresy to the land of Islam
Now, you've called us the land of heresy
So they have to go to where the Afghan Mujahideen are?
_ Where do they go? _ Many of our brothers...
Like who? Where are they going?
Many of our brothers catch up with the Mujahideen in Afghanistan
_ And Pakistan... _ Is there still Jihad in Afghanistan?
Of course, who said there isn't? Now, you're not making sense
You have no case, your friends went there and found total chaos
Chaos exists but that doesn't concern us
but the chaos and heresy in this state is much more
Fear Allah, don't mix the truth with falsehood
You're making no sense, I 'm doing nothing of the sort
The Mujahideen's evil is nothing compared to the damned Americans
who are running this country
The American Secular Saudi Kingdom
We have a strategic relation with the US and we serve it
They have confessed their heresy and they're proud of it and feel no shame
If their Sheiks were any good they would have excommunicated them
Listen, this is the truth and it has to be revealed
These damned tyrants send to their brother Bush...
May they all be sent to hell unless they repent
If you repent Allah will accept your repentance
Firawn was the most heretic of people
but Allah would have forgiven him if he had repented
The communists are the most heretic of Allah's creation
Is the Grand Mufti an infidel to you?
_ He's not a Mufti, he's a liar _ A liar?
Yes, a liar
Your son is imprisoned with you and he's 23 years old
_ Excuse me, the Grand Liar _ Why is he a liar?
We used to be friends and we used to invite each other
during the days I was misguided
What would your brother Ahmed say if he saw this insanity?
_ What? _ If he sees all this?
This isn't insanity, that's your opinion, this is the truth
What will he say when he sees you like this?
_ Does he visit you? _ Yes
_ What does he say? _ He supports me
Anyone with faith supports me
There are Sheikhs like you who used to adopt the same ideas
They were released after signing a disclaimer
_ Who are they? You know them _ What did they become?
They used to excommunicate the state, the education and society
After that, they spent time and cooled down and they received guidance
You mean lies, I can't call it guidance
Guidance is so distant from what they received
_ They discovered the truth _ They didn't
These are the ideas of Musaylama Al Kazab and his devils
The truth is to excommunicate the tyrants, that is the truth
Who were with you at the time?
_ Don't clothe truth with falsehood _ I'm a tailor now
I'm now Dawud the tailor in your opinion
I don't clothe anything, Walid
You're obligated by your words
Your words assume that the companions are liars and misguided
The companions excommunicated people...
who didn't do half of what this government is doing
_ Time has changed _ But religion doesn't change
Religion hasn't changed but standards have for people
_ Wait, your son is in prison with you _ Yes
_ Why don't you stay with him? _ Personal desire
Why?
My son is in prison with me
and they ask me if I want my son with me in the same cell
I like to stay alone for long hours
Why don't you want your son with you? Shall I answer that for you?
I have a feeling, I may be wrong
I think you see your guilt in him because he's in prison because of you
You can't bear to see your crime all day long in front of you
It's an assumption, I could be wrong, so what do you think?
Your assumption is like most of what you said, void of any truth
Tell me, is there anything dearer than a son?
Sit with him, teach him, you haven't taught him, he can't read and write
Why don't you educate him?
He is more religiously educated than you
and he hasn't studied in schools
and if he had he may not have been so knowledgeable as he is now
Back home, I used to spend a lot of hours alone
Who taught your son?
He memorized the Quran and Sahih Al Bukhari
He can't write
He can write better than you
_ Can he read? _ I dare you to read better than him
You can't read better than him
I have bad handwriting but when I saw saw his handwriting
Who taught him?
I'm good in dictation and grammar but I have bad handwriting
I was surprised when I saw his handwriting
When you see his handwriting you'd think he's a university student
As for my handwriting...
Didn't he ask you to share your cell?
No, he said do whatever makes you comfortable
_ When do you see him? _ During visits, once every month
_ Do you see the girls during visits? _ Yes
Why did you refuse visits from your family for two years?
That's not true
Didn't you want to see your mother and wife?
The visits were regular since I was imprisoned
When I entered the 20th year they cut me off any visits as a type of pressure
They transferred me to a solitary cell, it's pressure
All this made me more resolved, praise be to Allah
They informed me about the visit, I was in solitary
I rejected the visit unless they meet my two terms
I asked to be returned back to my spacious cell
_ So you're alone now? _ Yes, ever since I entered prison
When I first entered I was in a group cell but after that I preferred to stay alone
Why didn't you like to stay with others?
I feel more comfortable alone
_ So you asked for a solitary cell? _ Yes
Don't you prefer to stay with a group to talk and pass time?
Glory be to Allah, whoever is blessed with faith
Of course I'm not saying that I have no sins
but I recognize Allah's blessing on me
Faith, monotheism and the love of Islam is rooted in my heart
If you ask me to choose between all the world's riches
and this blessing, I will choose the latter
To prove this, I have been in prison for 18 years
If I were given the world and all its riches to take back the truth
Not all of it, but just one tiny portion, I won't agree
OK, right now they're telling you to leave
I'm not fed up, who told you that?
All they want is you to not cause chaos in the country
_ You mean leave prison? _ Yes
_ I thought you meant a visit _ No
Allow me, that's another issue
I was first talked to about my release after five years
They brought one of the tyrant's sheikhs and he began telling me lies
I gave him solid proof rendering him speechless
I told him that they were heretics and tyrants and they couldn't answer
They offered to release me but only under their terms
_ I couldn't agree to their terms _ What terms?
The sheikh told me that the home secretary sent him
And the Mufti was also present, the one I was friends with
_ You used to play together? _ No
We were friends, I had invited him several times
Ibn Fawzan was also one of the acquaintances
I used to be misguided at the time thinking the state was legitimate
You're now saved from the misguided, we're misguided
The sheikh told me I shouldn't be concerned with these issues
Most of their talk was just concealing the truth with lies
The truth should be revealed, not covered
Leave that matter, let's talk about whether I'm right or wrong
We agreed to nothing in the end
After one year, they took me to court, I know the judge personally
He fears Allah to some extent
The tyrant tribunal or what they call the terrorism tribunal
They took me to the judge and read my file and saw the evidence
The court you went to is based on the Sharia law
I'm not talking about the public court but about the last one
Yes, it's based on the Sharia law
It's a tyrant court
I heard that they were very tolerant with you
They are judges of evil
Allah told us that many clerics and worshippers
steal and take a path different from Allah's path
This applies to the clerics of evil whether they're scholars or judges
The terrorism tribunal is Lucifer's tribunal
Anyone with a grain of faith will regard these institutions as heretic
Who said terrorism is wrong? Islam calls for terrorism
_ Slaughtering citizens? _ No
That is what's happening
Show me a terrorist who just selects infidels as targets and no others
You're slaughtering us in the streets, our soldiers were slaughtered
Women have been widowed, children have been orphaned
"O Prophet, strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites"
"and be severe against them" This is terrorism and violence
That means you support everything Al Qaeda does
Everything righteous it does because they may commit mistakes
Yes, but you concur with their ideology
and you're with Al Qaeda's ideology in Saudi Arabia, right?
There's a difference between ideology and individual behavior
One may adopt a right ideology but make mistakes in some instances
Al Qaeda's ideology in terms of excommunicating tyrants
and the obligation to fight them, I agree with that completely
Have you met Al Migrin?
May he rest in peace, I heard of him
_ You haven't met him? _ No
Did you meet anyone who carried out terrorist attacks
_ Jihadist attacks? _ Yes
I met a number of them in prison
Didn't you meet any of the ones outside?
I was imprisoned in 1416 to this day
I haven't met anyone since I entered prison
You caused the trouble and went to jail
_ That's your opinion _ You ignited the fire
You ignited everything with your ideas
This isn't trouble, this is the truth
We're discussing here, I have my opinions and you have yours
If I were a cause of this blessed Jihadist movement
I call it the blessed Islamic revolution
It would have been an honor if I were the cause
I hope Allah gives me credit for some of it
However, I wasn't the cause of it
The leaders of this revolution were Bin Laden
and the hero Mujahideen who wrote books about excommunicating the state
like Naser Al Fahd and Faris Al Zahrani
_ Have you met Naser Al Fahd? _ He was a close friend
_ In prison? _ No, before that
Do you see him in prison?
Not much, the last time I met him was in 1425 Hijrah
_ So you don't see him _ No
Have you read his books?
I don't have to,
the most prominent clerics like Hmoud Bin Ugla have praised him
First of all, how are you doing in prison?
_ Your food, drink? _ Fine
Are you OK?
I haven't eaten rice or meat for more than ten years
What do you eat then?
Bread and yogurt and other things
Do they give you what you want?
Yes, they do
I'm asking because it's my job to convey your message
_ The food is fine _ What about your medicine?
_ Do they delay your medicine? _ I don't have medication
_ What if you requested? _ I don't need any medicine
Do they force you to have particular types of food?
I eat what I want and leave what I don't
If you ask for a particular meal, will they bring it to you?
I don't ask them for anything
They don't tell you to eat this and that's that
Some brothers have special requests but I don't
I don't eat much like my mother
I eat bread and dates, I don't eat rice and all that
_ Why don't you eat rice and meat? _ I've been off meat and rice for 11 years
It's healthier for me without it
I even felt psychologically better
I used to be obese when I first went to jail
_ You lost weight _ Yes
I don't want to go back to that state
You've tried being light
It's psychologically better, in prison you need to be light
It's important to be light in prison
If you put on weight, it exhausts you psychologically
We'll stop for the news summary and then we'll continue the interview
Stay tuned
Welcome
My guest is detainee Walid Al Sinani
Let's watch the forth part of the interview
That means the talk about you being tortured and not eating well isn't true
No, it isn't
How can they write about you saying you don't eat and all that?
_ It's not true _ And that you're beaten
Nobody wrote this about me
The internet is full of articles about you
saying that you've been starved and tortured
They may have meant other prisoners
They said Walid Al Sinani is starving
and maybe they thought you lost weight because of starvation
It turns out you're on a diet
What do you eat? I'd like to lose weight like you
I have told my family everything in this regard
Those bloggers are writing without knowing anything about you
That is possible, maybe they're using it as a means of pressure
However, the food is fine and many prisoners don't even finish their meals
The food you eat comes from the West
The cream and cheese and all that
_ I'll give you more than that _ OK
Jews and Christian are infidels but if they slaughter an animal
and say the name of Allah and don't slaughter it for a bet
You're allowed to eat it
No one is saying Allah's name in a factory
I'm not talking about reality, I'm talking about a general rule
If a Muslims doesn't say Allah's name then you are forbidden to eat the animal
"Eat not of that on which Allah's name has not been pronounced"
The are two conditions for meat to be edible
The slaughtering should be carried out by a Muslim, Christian or jew
You are allowed to eat meat from an animal slaughtered by a Christian
and it shouldn't be slaughtered for anyone except Allah
Meat slaughtered for anyone except Allah falls into two types
I have noticed that you prefer to stay alone, how do you pass the time?
What do you do? Do they give you books in prison?
Do they bring you the books you request?
_ I'll tell you _ OK
_ They offer me books and I refuse _ Them?
_ You ask for books? _ No
They offer you books
The books I read have been with me for eight years, I haven't changed them
More than that, since I went to jail, I haven't changed them
I have the Quran which covers all knowledge
I have Al Bukhari and Muslim collection of Hadith
Ibn Kathir's interpretation of the Quran and the Sunan of Ibn Dawud
These are the books I have
I don't need more
Sometimes they ask me if I want new books and I refuse
How do they wash your clothes? How do you get your clothes clean?
They even brought me a list of newly released books
They asked if I wanted to buy any of these books
_ You don't want _ I don't need them
I don't read that much
You'll be surprised when I tell you this
Even my visitors don't understand this and I even don't understand it
What is it?
I don't have enough time in prison
I plan to follow four programs this day for example
_ I can't even finish one of them _ What programs?
It's private, I won't talk about it
The point is I don't have enough time to finish them
I'll give you an example
When a question arises and I have to look for the answer in my books
I also need to read regularly to remember
The Prophet urged us to read the Quran so that we don't forget it
So you have to read on a regular basis
When a question is asked, I have to research
and I decide to do my research tomorrow for example
A month would pass and I still wouldn't have finished my research
and I'm alone in my cell
I don't have time for many of the additional prayers
Don't you want to leave prison?
_ I don't mind leaving prison _ It doesn't seem so
Are you making fun of me?
You were given the opportunity to leave prison four times
They offered you the opportunity four time to leave prison
_ My colleagues? _ No, the prison administration
They asked you to sign the papers and leave
_ God forbid I do that _ Many people signed
_ I won't sign a thing _ They were well known sheikhs
Listen, Ibn Sharyan, before I answer your question
Is Ibn Sharyan Zamel Bin Sleim who took part in Ibn Soud's war related to you?
We're not talking about him, we're talking about you
_ He's a relative, yes _ How close?
Zamer Bin Abdullah Bin Sleim, the chief of Oneiza tribe
It was during the era of Al Jahiliya (ignorance)
Zamer Bin Sleim was in the Jahiliya era?
Zamel Bin Sleim was killed in Meid in 1308 Hijrah
He fought Ibn Soud twice
It was the famous Oneiza war, I reckon you know about this
This was during the second Saudi kingdom
Faisal Bin Torki may he rest in peace
It was a famous war between Oneiza and Ibn Saud
The first war took place in 1270 Hijrah
Faisal Bin Torki was Oneiza's chief at the time
It was the day Oneiza overthrew their chief Jlewey
The replaced him with Abdullah Bin Sleim
It was not for religious reasons but for gaining land
They overthrew Jlewey and Oneiza was the capital of Al Qaseeb
They placed Jlewey in command so that all the tribes follow them
This was the only time Breid followed Oneiza
Oneiza was then seduced by the devil
and they overthrew Jlewey who were known for being very strict
However I recognize him as the legitimate Amir of the second Kingdom
I said that the first Saudi kingdom applied monotheism
We weren't there but this is what we read about it
You've taken too long, what do you want to say?
If they had remained in power they would have excommunicated them
The first Saudi kingdom was Islamic
The second was not as good but it was still legitimate
We're were talking about Ibn Sleim
The third Saudi kingdom is secular and American
Zamel Bin Sleim during his war against Oneiza
The first war was in 1270 Hijrah
This was 150 years ago
They overthrew Jlewey
Abdullah took command and fought Ibn Saud for one whole year
He couldn't defeat them so a peace pact was agreed
It was agreed that Sleim gain some lands
After eight years, the second and last war broke out
between Oneiza and Ibn Saud
History mentions that Sleim and Oneiza paid homage to Ibn Saud
You're taking about another person
You're beginning to forget
I like to dwell into the subject
If you sit with sheikhs and rattle on like that, when will it end?
If they ask you a question you'll go on for ages
I do tend to do that
This is what's wasting your time
You talk like someone chasing rabbits
You've made me laugh
When Ibn Saud gathered his forces to fight them
I don't know him
_ It might be a similar name _ Maybe
He wrote a poem about Dasan Ibn Sharyan
You like poetry and the science of ancestry
_ Do you like the science of ancestry? _ Yes
What drew you to it?
I used to study it a long time ago
Did you use it to track down the people who narrated the Hadith?
Not at all, my father studied it thoroughly
My uncles from both sides were into it
Even my grandfather's brothers were into this science
What do they mean by Sabbat Kawadi'
_ I think it's a tradition _ I know, but why?
I don't know
Does it mean little? Were your uncles cheap?
No
Do they mean that your cheap or is it some kind of joke?
There was a famous poet who praised Ibn Issa
The famous poet Muhammad Bin Abdullah died in Oneiza
He was an intellect and a poet
You have a very tender side and you like poetry
No, I've quit poetry
Why do have to be so harsh? We want to make you useful
We want to benefit from your knowledge
instead of you just excommunicating people
Even if we agree with you on the excommunication of the police
Have patience and give us your knowledge calmly
We may be convinced, what do you think?
We can leave together now and visit all the mosques and preach
instead of saying that all these mosques are misguided
I'll be brief
I won't agree to the terms of my release
I can release you, what do you think?
We can leave together right now if you only stop excommunicating
_ and start convincing instead _ No
Ibn Otheimein urged you to stop excommunicating
Ibn Otheimein isn't proof
_ You were one of his students _ It's not proof
Would your brother Ahmed be pleased with what your doing?
I have nothing to do with Ahmed
Now you're denying Ahmed
The companions are the best of people after the prophets and messengers
It's strange that you deny some of Ibn Baz's fatwas
I deny many of their Fatwas
But you shouldn't excommunicate them
_ I didn't excommunicate Ibn Baz _ You denied his Fatwas
_ Right _ Yes
Are you going to deny the Fatwas of other sheikhs?
I'm showing you that you're not right
Yes, because they were in your circles
Ibn Baz, one of the most pious sheikhs on land
How can you deny his Fatwas?
Ibn Baz was asked about wearing the cross
We know this story, what else?
Ibn Baz said it's a heresy because it's an approval of the infidels' faith
When the English infidels asked him to wear it in London
Ibn Baz was asked about this
He said it was a normal thing
If the ruler sees that a matter is of the people's interest
_ He was forced to wear it _ No, he wasn't
He didn't know, and they kicked him after that
Change the subject, he's dead now
Then came the infidel Yasser Arafat
Ibn Baz said he is the guardian of Muslims in Palestine ...
so they have to respect his authority
While he was the biggest CIA and Mossad agent
They brought him to suppress the Jihadist movement in Palestine
To suppress Hamas movement
So they would stop fighting the Jews
It's a global movement led by America and Israel
And Saudi Arabia is supporting it
You've been away from the news
_ As the prophet Noah said... _ Listen to me and let us go out
We'll stay for two weeks in Nofod and I'll let some men read for you
Not to preach you but let you keep up with the news
_ OK? _ I don't need preach even
And they'll read for you till you are asleep
Allah may show you the right path
You are a good person at heart
_ I don't know what let you go wrong _ That's your opinion
You’re like going on the highway with some bumps on the way
_ It's your opinion _ Not only mine
If you go back to God's book and the Prophet’s preaches...
_ I did Praise to Allah _ No you didn't
And our creed is within the heart
Listen to me, your words and you thoughts clearly show
That you are so distant from the truth
I'm not saying you are infidel
_ Clearly you do _ No, don't say that
I'm just saying that you are far from the truth
_ You are nothing close to the truth _ So I'm not on the right path
So am I astray?
Given your views on the state and reality and the monotheists
I say listen to me and let us go to Nofod...
and camp there and listen to 4 or 5 men you will be very pleased
And they will read for you before you go to sleep
You make me laugh
If I was released, and I intend to do so
Although I refused to sign any papers to be released
Do you agree to go with me...
_ No, listen to me _ Honestly
_ Going out with you... _ I swear it's a nice place
_ You'll see your wife and daughters _ I would not go out with you
_ I refuse to go out with you _ I know I'm an infidel for you
Unless if you repent
If we go there we both will repent
_ What do you think? _ Listen to me
At heart you want to quit these thoughts
I have cousins that I hate for the sake of Allah
Because they have thoughts and beliefs close to yours
And some of them are officers and I don't speak with them
I even have brothers who became officers...
they don't visit me any more because I preached them
I asked them to repent so they cut their relation with me
_ And we are brothers _ Did you call them infidels?
They work with tyrants
It's so easy for you to call people infidels
You are a good person Walid, but have a bitter tough
_ This is your personal opinion _ Honestly, you rush into judgments
Accusing us of heresy Have patience with us
Allah is merciful
A Bedouin came to the Prophet and asked about the 5 prayers
When told him to pray more he refused so he said keep them 5 prayers
We are just like this Bedouin man, all of us
Hold on a minute
Our religion is of that Bedouin, not like your mad ideas
Like Jihad and such things
Don't stick to one text and ignore others
The Quran mentioned some infidels and hypocrites...
who believe in some of the texts and leave others
Don't be like them
Don't stick to prayers, fast, charity and pilgrimage leaving the others
The state is trying to convince people that this is Islam
They support relationship with infidels as friends
Who are you to judge people? The situation doesn't allow that
You and I won't reach any solution
You don't have any political depth to analyze anything
_ Honestly Walid.. _ Listen to me
_ I'm not saying _ Read some politics Walid
Read about political thought and international relations
Infidel and devil's relations
With your religion information you may see clearer
_ You are way beyond reality _ Listen to me
_ These are trash devil's relations _ Not devil's relations...
This is for your own sake, you talk about genealogy
You told me yourself that during 16 years you read only 8 books
_ Yes that is true _ How would you evolve like this?
_ Listen to me _ Walid...
They offered you a list of books and you refused, they weren't about sex
They offered you scientific and legitimate books to learn from
_ Wrote by scientists _ Listen to me
I know now why your brain isn't working
_ Why? _ You only read what you have
The Quran and the Sunna are more than enough
I'm not saying these aren't good, I'm saying read more
_ You have to read more _ Listen to me
I'm not talking about the manual Jihad with weapons
You know that praying comes first in Islam
Pray standing and if you can't then sitting or lying
I'm not talking about Jihad with weapons and killing
I'm talking about the Jihad in words
I dare you and each one who supports these tyrants...
If you are released, would stay here or travel?
_ I intended to go to Jihad _ Where?
_ With my kids as well _ Where would they go?
You want them to starve in tents? Are you crazy?
They are living wealthily in Saudi Arabia
Do you really believe that your children can live in Afghanistan?
Do you really believe that?
I went to Afghanistan and found the really taste of life
If you were really happy in Afghanistan you wouldn't come back
I have a brother in Allah, who was billionaire
and he became a leader in Jihad till he was killed
And he was happy
Ibn Laden used to eat Halva in the caves
He had 4 wives and a mansion in Afghanistan, not like you
Many brothers...
Didn't you see his house where he was killed? There was 4 wives
_ One of them was 14 years old _ He was killed
Yes, he was killed while having 4 wives, as happy as ever
Many Companions used to fight like Khalid Ibn Al Walid
And they had many cuts
I'm not qualified to talk about Companions
However let me talk about these people
If you were released, you want to travel to Afghanistan
_ What would you do there? _ Victory or martyrdom
_ Victory or martyrdom _ Would you take your kids with you?
If I could I would make my boys go there now
_ Even my son Ibrahim _ How would you leave your daughter?
_ Leave them alone _ Don't mind them
Is that right? To leave women alone?
To beg for their living?
Since I was imprisoned they are living better than before
God facilitated their lives, in a way they didn't expect it
Does the state give them salary?
_ Praise to Allah _ How much is the salary?
_ Do they pay salary to your kids? _ They take from the mosque half salary
And they give you family salary in prison
_ No, I don't take it _ Don't they give you salary?
No they don't give me salary at prison
They used to give us 300 Riyals for subsistence
And they give your wife a salary
Recently she accepted to take salary
_ About 3000? _ No, 2000 monthly
And they have half my salary monthly that comes from...
They brought you a cheque and you tore it?
Because it was from the damned National Bank of usury
It's OK to deal with a usury bank...
on the condition that you don't give or take the usury
So it's legitimate?
Unless you give or take usury
See? That is not legitimate
If a man who deals with usury gives you money even as a present...
It's not right to call creditors as damned
The holly Quran and Sunna damn the infidels and polytheists
But Muslims should damn people
It's OK for those who aren't righteous
The holly Quran damns the infidels and the sinners
There must be people like you and me working there
_ Like you _ The usury bank is damned
I was once at Sheikh Ibn Baz's when a bunch of young men came in
They worked at one of the Islamic banks
And they came asking for Sheikh Ibn Baz and I was there
The asked him if it was right to work there with usury
He asked how many Muslims worked there and didn't mention usury
Is it 5%? they said no, more than that
He said that is great, increase this percentage by working there
_ What do you think of that? _ I don't believe he said so
_ I heard him _ Ibn Othaemen
I believe your words and you don't?
I heard Ibn Othaemen myself saying that it was tabooed
_ I heard the Sheikh myself _ Listen to me please
Ibn Othaemen tabooed working at usury banks
He tabooed working there even as a guard
Because you would help them do something evil
Do you notice that you're always right and I'm wrong?
I tell you I heard the Sheikh
Ibn Othaemen's advisory opinion is documented
regarding forbidding working at usury banks
I'm not saying that the Sheikh said it was allowed to take usury
He said it is allowed to work at an Islamic bank
He advised to increase the Islamic people working there
_ And who is Ibn Baz to allow usury? _ He didn't say that usury is right
Don't twist my words He allowed working at the bank
Allah says if you disagree about something...
then solve it with the words of Allah and his prophet
Allah says if we disagreed with each other...
You accept Ibn Othaemen's Fatwas because he's from your circle
_ No, this is wrong _ I'm just saying
Let me take you to Thwaerat and listen to the good science students...
and they will read for you at night, you need this badly
_ Listen to me _ You need to read Walid
I'm not saying Fatwas because it's too late for them
_ No, it's not too late _ We'll hold you from here
You need to be hold still, and that will make you go right
Honest to God, I'm desperate
You're like a cat you always land on your feet
If you gave me any legitimate proof for your words...
_ Come on _ I need proof
I'm asking you straight questions and you're dodging them
I wanted to answer you with proof but you changed the subject
I'm treating you like you do
Let's not prolong the matter
To sum up everything regarding releasing me from prison
No one refuses to go out
However, releasing me in exchange for signing a pledge
Even if an oral pledge, is out of the question
They may take it on my dead body
Don't you see that you pick specific Fatwa, like from Ibn Othaemen
And you ignore the rest, right?
_ What? _ You chose some Fatwa
_ You are a selective person _ It's not like that
You can take the right thing and refuse the wrong one
_ From Ibn Othaemen... _ You mean that he has invalid Fatwa?
Ibn Baz has infidel Fatwa more than Ibn Othaemen
_ Infidel and dangerous Fatwa _ Infidel?
_ Like the crucifix one _ Other than that?
_ And that vile tyrant _ Other than that?
He said that he's the guardian of Muslims in Palestine
If the Palestinians accepted him, would Ibn Baz tell them this is wrong or right?
_ What valid saying is that _ That man didn't have problems
Not like you mixing politics with religion
Politics must be governed with religion
_ We didn't disagree _ That Naif...
You only read 8 books, going against the Islamic personals
Not every Islamic students are politicians
_ You go killing people _ They are killing seculars
And who kills people for the right must be thanked
_ Is there any right in killing innocents? _ Yes
Who kills people for the right must be praised
_ They are Muslims, and children _ Ali Ibn Abi Taleb...
Ali Ibn Abi Taleb set fire in Christians in it after saying he's their God
He burned them alive
All Companions agreed with him except for burning them
They said they must be killed with swords
Prince of Bani Omayyad at Waset in Iraq Khalid Ibn Abdullah Al Kasry
He went up the platform on Eid Al Adha, and ordered people to sacrifice
May Allah accepts your sacrifices, and I'll sacrifice with Jael Ibn Derham
Jael Ibn Derham was under the platform
Because he claimed that Allah didn't take Abraham for a friend and talk to Moses
The he came down the platform and slaughtered him
Finally I want to ask you...
why you skipped Imam Muhammad Ibn Masod Islamic University?
You didn't explain why
I was an employee when I was imprisoned
Yes, but you left the university
_ Skipped my study _ Yes
_ I had many takes on it _ What's with the faculty of Theology?
_ I didn't like the curriculum _ You hate everything in the country?
I didn't like their curriculum
Do you want to be alone like Humaidi?
You didn't ask to be in the mountains all alone
Why don't you stay alone and let people be?
_ If they only... _ We'll find you a place in Ali's mountain
And set a house for you, how about that?
_ If they offered me... _ In Ali mountains
_ With a house _ I won't ask for that
However if they offered me, what's it called?
I forgot the name...
_ Abu Darb? _ No man
What's it called?
_ House arrest? _ Yes, that's it
If they offered me house arrest at my home or in a remote place
_ You'd accept? _ Yes, but with no terms
_ No terms _ It's house arrest
I know what's it like, there are no terms at the prison now
But if they offered house arrest with terms I would refuse
In the house arrest you aren't allowed to go out or talk to anybody
You keep these opinions to yourself, because they are wrong
_ Listen to me _ And you let your children study
_ No... _ And let them watch TV like you do
_ You’re watching TV _ So what's with that?
OK then, what's wrong with that?
Listen to me
You were imprisoned at the age of 50
_ If they offered me... _ 10 more years and you'll be 60
Isn't it enough with these thoughts?
I wouldn't stop until I die
You don't want to go with me to Thwerat?
_ Listen to my advice _ As I said...
I will not leave the right path
even with an oral pledge is out of the question
Do you consider yourself useful to Islam?
_ I do that for myself _ Let us be with your thoughts
_ That won't do anyone any good _ In your opinion
_ If you were on the right path... _ I love in for Allah's sake
I want you to be happy and see your girls married
_ And leave these useless opinions _ I want to guarantee heaven
We all will be forgiven with Allah's mercy
_ Allah is merciful _ And his punishment is severe
But his mercy is greater than punishment
_ Don't mix facts _ I'm not doing so
Don't twist my words, I'm a poor man and helpless
Allah will punish me then grant me his mercy
This is my last offer, do you want to go with me to Thowerat?
_ Surely no _ Listen to my advice
Any prison release in exchange for terms or pledges
If they said that this interview was forced on you
What would you say?
_ Although you agreed on it _ No
If they say Walid was forced to see Dawod Sirian
In fact I didn't want to conduct this interview
_ Didn't you want that? _ No, I didn't
_ There was nothing wrong said _ No
On the contrary, after talking to you I'm more convinced with my beliefs
Really? I honestly love you for Allah's sake
_ I read a lot about you _ Your friend...
_ The one I met yesterday _ Yes Nawaf
Although he didn't argue me like you did
I didn’t want to meet him at all
All those who call themselves guidance
_ The guidance committee _ Nawaf is not one of them
_ He is my colleague _ I don't like them all
_ You don't like them? why is that? _ Listen to me
Many times they call for me...
to meet these guidance, and I refuse
_ You refuse to meet them? _ I wouldn't meet them
I'm comfortable like I am, otherwise I would be sick
I couldn't stand their words, I refuse to meet them
Yesterday you colleague Al Othayani?
I met him unwillingly
They came and talked on the radio, and I refused to go out
_ But you agreed to meet me _ No
An officer came with my brother
And they informed me, I asked is it obligatory?
If it's obligatory I will be forced to do so
If it isn't obligatory I don't want it
They informed me it was obligatory in a nice way
_ So I agreed _ So they forced you to meet me?
_ Yes _ That's not true and I swear on it
I told them if he refused them let him be
I told them that I don't want to do the interview
_ Even with your colleague? _ Al Othayan
I told them I don't want to do it
But they forced me to do it
We did not force you to say anything you don't want
And today, they asked me at noon
I spoke with one officer, asking about the appointment
_ And I said I don’t want to do it _ You became lazy
_ Listen to me, I refused _ You like to stay relaxed
And I repeated my decision but they didn't listen to me
And a guy came by and told me that I need to do this
So I came here unwillingly
We were pleased to meet you and listen to your words
_ And I thank you for meeting me _ Thank you
Come and take the microphone off please
We finished the interview with Sheikh Walid
I will take it off for you
Forgive us if we offended you
The interview with Walid Al Sinani is over
