The will to live becomes stronger as death gets closer,
death means nothing to us. When we exist , it doesn’t.
“To be” means to make hope from the heart of a tragedy.
In this demonstration they carry banners and flowers and they demand freedom,
a plane comes and drops barrels on them though they have no weapons at all
The “Picture in One Word" Gallery came on the 2nd anniversary of the beginning of the Syrian revolution,
it was made to show that the Syrian Revolution continues despite all the tragedies and all the destruction,
and that the peaceful movement in all its forms and meanings is a fundamental part of this revolution.
The visitor of this Gallery gets confused,
as contradiction creates meaning.
Here is a picture of a dead child,
and there is a picture of a born baby,
and between them are the remains of death and hatred.
The Gallery was spontaneous,
and the result of personal efforts of all the activists working on the ground,
as well as theresult of cooperation between the military and civil authorities in the city,
to paint a picture of hope that appears in the horizon�
