Hi, Jay Massey here with the Cash Flow Diary with another tip about real estate and business.
Today we're going to talk about value.
Welcome back. Here's a question. Why does this have any value? What is it really? As
you've heard me state before, it's just a piece of paper that has coloring on it. Does
this coloring and this nice little stripe somehow make it worth value? Every day if
you look on the financial markets you can see that these things change value. Here's
the saying that I've been taught and that I want you to write down. Nothing has any
value except the value that you and I give it. What does that mean for this piece of
paper? Could it be possible that one day we decide that pieces of paper like this, that
are just representations of value, are someday no longer valuable? If so, what does that
mean for you and I if we're trying to go out there and develop our own personal cash flow
pipeline? It means that we must understand the concept of what's valuable.
Here's something that I like to say. Value is in the eye of the beholder. I'll say that
again. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Some people consider certain things more valuable
than others. What does that mean? That means we get the privilege, especially right now.
We get to privilege of creating value from simple ideas. Just because you and I have
the ability to come up with an idea, we therefore have the ability to create value. What we
must learn is there's skill sets necessary to package, to promote, and to be able to
tell people about our idea and why it's of value.
If you like information like this and you'd like to get more of it, feel free to check
us out on CashFlowDiary.com or you can listen to the podcast in iTunes. Additionally, some
of you want to take advantage of our Cash Flow Creation system. It's the beginning of
what we teach to be able to show you how to create your own personal cash flow pipeline
that comes straight to your door. It starts with Cash Flow Foundation and it's absolutely
free. Feel free to go over to our website at CashFlowDiary.com and I'll talk to you
soon.
