Boredom! They may well tell you that it's because:
They can't afford it any more They are waiting for it to get light in the
evenings Their shifts have changed at work
But that's not the truth, or why else would you see them in the gym a week later or 'claiming
an offer' for a rival camp on facebook? Let's face it after all, you are competing
with.. Local boot camps, gym's and a ton of other
new & well established fitness providers... And what have they all got in common?
They can can easily steal away your current and future clients with a simple discount,
hitting you where it hurts They can pop up whereever and whenever they
like and just copy you -- it turns in to a 'turf war' which is uncomfortable for everyone,
not least your clients They've even got the cheek to knock you (probably
on facebook as that's the only place they seem to have the balls?!)
In fact... By the time they've finished opening up their
new, popular classes, then spending a fortune on marketing and advertising,
There's a chance that if you don't take action & do something to stop your clients leaving,
you'll just fade away in to the background along with your crumbing client base..
