Now I'm going to demonstrate Lying Twist on an exercise ball. Okay. So you're going to
lie down on the ball. Make sure those hips are down on top. So, what you really need
to focus on here, you're going to interlace your fingers, like so. Arms straight. And
if you notice, I'm going to roll the ball with me as I twist, so you really feel that
pinch in the oblique area, which is your side abdominals.
Okay. So, the ball has to roll with you in order to really get that oblique area. If
you want to make it a little more advanced, we're going to use a dumbbell. So, an eight
pound dumbbell for weighted resistance. Same exact form. Arms straight. So, now you're
just going to feel it a little bit more. Okay. And those are two really good exercises for
the obliques. And that's how you perform Lying Twist on an exercise ball.
