Gina and I are now going to come into the weeping willow pose. It is another one of
those trust issue poses where you really have to connect with your partner so that you know
just how much give and take to go with so you don't drop your partner on the side of
their head. So we're just going to step away from each other, reach our arms out. We're
going to slide down to the wrist and just lean over and just trust your partner that
they're not going to drop you, got to work through that little give and take, reaching
your arm out and just let your head willow over, that feels really good. It's a really
nice stretch. Then draw your elbow in towards each other to pull yourself back up and we're
just going to reverse sides so we can do it on the other side. So again grabbing through
the hands, inhaling and lengthening and exhaling just sliding down through the wrists, reaching
your arms out, just letting your head hang. Have trust in your partner that they're not
going to drop you and stretch through your side body. Draw your elbows in to your body
to help your partner come back up and then release and breath.
