All right, so our next step in making our tofurky roast is we're going to prepare the
onion. You're going to use half of a large onion or one small onion. And so we've got
half our onion right here. This is a pretty big one. So we're just going to cut the tops
off each side, and we're going to go ahead and peel off the top layer. We're using a white onion here but if you
want to use a yellow one, that's fine too. And again, the same as with the potato, we're
going to be cutting this into pretty big pieces. So maybe about four or five sections, and
then we'll cut it in half,
'cause this is a pretty big onion. So we don't want too big of chunks of onion. And then
you can kind of just separate the pieces into the different layers. So that's what you're
going to do. Just half of a large onion cut into about one inch to two inch sections.
