Hi everybody!
Today I'm going to show you an excellent triceps exercise.
For this exercise, I'll use two dumbbells
and I'll be doing it laying on the floor.
I really try to keep my lower back on the floor,
as in the other exercises I've showed you.
This is the starting position.
We'll bring our hands till here,
and up, without locking the elbows.
Very important:
don't let your elbows spread apart while lifting.
They must remain shoulder distance apart.
The arms must not swing like that.
So, the movement goes like this.
For me, the most difficult thing
is to keep my elbows and shoulders in the right position while lifting.
As you can see, I'm really trying to keep my elbows from spreading apart.
So, the lower back is on the floor,
and as in each exercise I do with dumbbells,
I try to keep my wrists straight.
If you feel any pain in the elbows,
you've got three options:
either you go less deep,
either you reduce the weight,
or prefer another triceps exercise.
Anyway, you never do an exercise with joint pain.
