now we can look at the inside of the house
here we have...well the house is very large
at the start of the video we spoke of 1,200m² but this is just the main house
I will need to check the documents, but I am almost sure
here we have the main house, the house of the Lord of the manor, with a traditional distribution
and we have the house of the tenant farmer with the door open
and the entrance to the chapel which we saw earlier
here something to give us an idea, is a painting of the original farm
I hope you can see it well
as it was before, and how the main facade was noticeably transformed
it was a rural farmhouse, and it was converted into a grand manor house
this is a painting from that period so we can image what the gardens that we looked at earlier were like in their time
let's take a little look, we will not be able to show 100% as we usually do as this house is huge
it would take a great deal of time and lots of videos
it really is like visiting a museum
here we have five bedroom with their five bathrooms
part would be the farmer's house but we will not visit that part, as I do not want to disturb him, and I do not think it is necessary
we have a fireplace which presides over this sitting room
a bedroom, there are parts which are good and parts a little worse, there are bathrooms as before
here we have another
also with its own bathroom
I am filming it all very quickly as it's the only was to make this video
this is the dining table, I mentioned it as we are facing Monte Toro
and so the head of the family would sit at the table with Monte Toro in front of him, there it is
there are lots of details like this, the distribution of the rooms, the decoration
here we have a bedroom with its own bathroom, it's a little dark so we won’t go inside
here is a larder
the kitchen
and...the internal water tank
here we have what we call a 'rebost' in Menorca
a pantry or storeroom
here’s an old bathroom
let's move on very quickly
from here the views are of Monte Toro, as you can see
there are more buildings independent from the main house
and in addition to these five bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the farmers house
other buildings, we also have terraces
here, I imagine, are two drying rooms for cured sausages, like the sobrasada of Menorca
they would have been hung on these nails to dry out
they are always at the top of houses for the right temperature and for ventilation
what we are looking at is a large estate with a very interesting house
I would like to show you a further detail of the property
as you see there are horses, there are ducks, and here we have something very intriguing
which is a figurehead from an old ship, which is placed high up on a column
it is a very curious object
I've come a little closer to show you this very old figurehead
which surely came from an old ship
and to finish-off this report I would like to show you the main house and the annexed buildings from behind
and to recap, it is a large country estate of 78 hectares, 780,000 square metres
and I think without having the actual data with me at this moment, there are more than 2,000 square metres of constructed area
