Hello, my name is Fred Zitter
and I am CrossFit coach to Montpellier
CrossFit is a mix of functional movements,
movements taken from gymnastics,
weightlifting and all cardiovascular exercices.
In fact we did not create anything new,
we just took what is best in all disciplines
and we have mixed them all together to make a single discipline that is called CrossFit.
Anyone can do CrossFit, this is not restricted to a specific population,
his is really for everyone.
Men, women, elderly and youth,
people who want to lose weight or want to gain weight,
or increase there muscle mass.
There is no need to be an elite athlete or have engaged in previous training to do CrossFit.
What I do think is you become an athlete of your daily life
Athlete sometime is a word that does not make sens to everyone, because you might think you do not want to become an athlete,
you just want to feel good, but athlete of your daily life is really this,
but athlete of your daily life is really this, it's feeling good,
having confidence in yourself
and not being afraid to face any unpredictable event that may happen in your day.
You really find everything you are looking for,
a social link, friendship, good atmosphere, fun,
competitive group environment, sport, wellness, health and toning your body.
In summary, CrossFit is complete,
it is really for everybody with different goals
and it can be adapted and make it adaptable to everyone.
