Bam! Hey everybody! Michael Gebben here and I'm super excited to be with you on what?
That's right. Another rockin' Wednesday. So yesterday I talked at Urban Future and on
their sign it says "Urban Future Changing Lives One by One." They are there to help
kids in the inner city who are struggling and have so much hardship, so many difficult
things to deal with, have parents who have either killed people or in jail, addicted
to *** and all these other awful things. These people, they get this awesome treatment
at school but they have to go home to these awful scenarios. I feel really bad for these
people. If you're out there, the reality is don't ever judge because you never, ever,
ever know what someone else is going through. I just wanted to say that it was a really
interesting experience and I'm grateful that I got to do it. I just hope that people out
there will do their best to give back and help those in need. So that's one of my challenges
today. If there's one little thing you can do for somebody out there, one is just support
them. Give as much love and support as you possibly can 'coz we all need that. So I won't
go on and on about that right now today. I have not really a big message per se because
I have a bigger thing that I'm sharing today with all of you on Youtube.
First of all, I wanna thank every single one of you. You guys have been incredible and
the comments have been awesome. I have a little catching up to do on some of the audio recording
for some of you but I hope you found it helpful. We'll tie that back in here at the very end.
But what I wanna share with you guys this week is a lot of you sending these messages
saying, "Oh my gosh! I am so excited about Wednesdays. I so look forward to Wednesdays
and it goes on and on." I'm just so grateful. That's been my biggest wish- to inspire you
guys, to empower you guys to just take control of your life and just do awesome things. What
I decided to do is I thought, "You know what, should people really just look forward to
Wednesdays?" I love for people to look forward to more than Wednesdays. I hope you do and
I'm sure to some extent that you do. It's been my goal to inspire people daily and I
want to keep ramping these things up so one thing that I've done is I've decided to continue
to do one video a week on Wednesdays. You know those range from 4-8, 10-12 minutes long.
It really just depends. But I've launched for you guys (I think you'll really enjoy)
and I've taken the video aspect out of it, is I've made something I'm calling "Gebbs
Juice." And some of you might be thinking, "Gebbs Juice? What the heck is that?" Well
some of you have actually reached out and I've had people in person and things that
when they get around me or the videos, they want some more juice. Like I'm this positivity
in a bottle and all these crazy things.
I called it "Gebbs Juice." And what it is, it is daily inspiration for you guys. Just
two minutes or less and I'm gonna link it up in the description or on Facebook or Twitter,
wherever it's at. I want you guys to check it out. It's like I said, two minutes or less,
daily inspiration conic "Gebbs Juice." It's just something that you can get your day started
with. It's just another little thing to inspire you to start your day off right. I'm super
excited about that. There's already a few of them released. I think today, it'll be
its 6th one. So you guys can go back and listen to the other ones but you can get started
listening to the one today. I'm super excited about that. I'm also launching a podcast here
in the next 2-3 weeks. I've already got about 4 interviews done and I wanna have it really
be something unique in the sense of I'm having one day a week to start out with "unknowns."
People that aren't in spotlight that not everybody knows who they are but yet they are doing
incredible things in the creative field of either videography, photography or graphic
design and who knows... we'll probably dive in with some other people too absolutely.
But right now, that's where I'm at and essentially, it's gonna be these interviews that are just
diving deep into these people doing incredible things and living the life that I've really
want you guys to live, going after your dreams. One of the first interviews we're gonna have
is a really good friend of mine who basically wanted to do photography full time but she
was really scared and compared herself with others and didn't think it could ever happen.
She hoped that someday it could but she just didn't think it would. She wanted to be able
to stay home with her little one. She wanted to have that someday. Well flash forward,
that's happened. That's one of the episodes where we dive deep in there. I've got some
other really incredible ones. Another day of the week, we're gonna deal with more people
that you might know.
I've got some really awesome people lined up. James Altucher, if some of you know him,
Michael Port, Derek Halpern, Oh my gosh...my buddy Jason Saddler or Jason Headsetsdotcom...
There's a whole bunch of people who have achieved just awesome things in their lives but for
people we look up to, they'll be giving a little bit more advice and then also dive
in a little bit in their stories that you might not know. So we're kinda covering both
spectrums there. I'm super excited to launch that in the next few weeks. That's all I really
got for you guys today. There's no major, major, major takeaway but the big thing that
I wanted those kids yesterday to know was that (kind of one of my previous ones) "You
guys have a choice." No matter what situation that you are in, no matter what it is and
believe me, I can't even come from that place of where I've had a broken home or something
like that. I can't say that I have. So I can't fully relate but I definitely empathize with
that. But the bottom line is I've met so many different people and seen so many different
people who came from awful scenarios like that but got out of it. So be there for someone
that you might know that is in that scenario and I wanna be there for you through these
videos to let you know that there is hope. There is a light and you can break that pattern.
So definitely, that's my major takeaway for today and I just encourage all of you to go
out there and rockin' rockin' rockin' roll this coming week and I'm excited to share
Gebbs Juice with you. Like I said, it's gonna be all linked up in the description. You can
find it. And something as a challenge... I wanna see how many Likes and Comments but
I'm gonna set a number. I'm gonna set a number. There's usually about at least 400-500 of
you that watch this a minimum every week right now. My challenge right now is to see how
many Likes we can get and how many comments. And I will reply with an audio message to
every single one of you. That is my promise. I'll try to even give some feedback or help
if you possibly can. But what I'd like to do is hit 100. I'd like to hit 100 Likes and
100 comments this week. Let's see if we can do it. If you guys can rally together, all
the support that would help me out because I'd love to reach back out to you. What I'd
like to see in those comments is what are some stuffs that I can help you with but that
I can potentially even incorporate into my daily Gebbs Juice. So I believe that's it
for right now. I appreciate each and every single one of you. You guys absolutely rock.
The comments have been outstanding. Be sure to SUBSCRIBE. We have a blast here every single
week inspiring and empowering and impacting lives. So thank you guys. I look forward to
seeing all your comments and rock and roll guys! We'll see you next week. Take Care.
Bam!
