It'll be
the twin chute pneumatic system
because it's a
process whereby
you encourage FnB tenants or tenants to
segregate their food waste and then from here the food wastes are further processed to
bio gas which it can be used to generate electricity.
The second thing about it is that you can produce a landscape compose wherby
this landscape compose actually brings back to
City Square Mall and be reuse
so we have a closed-loop cycle.
The savings that are coming from are mainly from our M&Es services
whereby we have a efficient, air conditioning system
as compared to
standard code or standard designs
which is running at about 0.936 kilowatts
per tonne.
We are actually having a design of 0.63 kilowatts per tonne for our
? plants system.
We have also other features
wherby the lightings
in terms of
alternate lighting circuits and also lighting zoning where it actually helps to
bring down the electricity consumption.
And the use of..
efficient use of lighting, efficient lighting
in
respective locations, we can also bring down the
energy consumption. In terms of water savings,
we actually have water ?
and also we have rainwater harvesting
to irrigate our plants.
So this are some of the features we have that actually
helps us to save the water and electricity.
At City Square Mall, we are actually looking at 11 million kilowatts hour per year
of electricity savings. That actually equates to about two
million dollars a year.
With water savings, we are looking at about 20 thousand
cubic meters per year which is equivalent to almost about 40
over thousand dollars a year.
Seal
tool reduction is about five thousand tonnes per year
so all in all, we are looking at about
over two million dollars annually
in terms of monetary savings.
