Recipe for Tart dough: 100g Cake Flour
10g Black Cocoa Powder
35g Sugar
A pinch of salt
70g Salt-free butter
One egg yolk
Mix until it clumps together
Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. For regular tart mould, use 38g dough per piece. For heart-shaped mould, use 6g dough per piece.
Bake the tarts. (If using Vitantonio mould, bake for 3 minutes and a half.)
Marshmallow cheese cream recipe: 80g CreamCheese
60g marshmallow
Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
Since gelatin is contained in the marshmallow, cream cheese becomes hard.
Mix.
If marshmallows remain, place in the microwave Mix little by little until they become smooth.
Add 60cc milk
and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
