when I say something, you do it.
Season 3 we really did
not just
long arching love stories but long arching villians, we had kinda super villians and stuff, and I think you thought
Covert Affairs was an action show before, you haven't seen nothing yet. cause in the very last scene
In the very last episode of Season 3, Annie and Auggie, they kiss.
and it's this sorta magical
huge moment of Oh My God
and then when you tune back in for
the premiere of Season 4
you know it just should be a tasty and see what we're hoping for
In fact I have to remember to wear a less
pink of a lipstick cause I constantly wiping it off Chris Gorham's mouth.
as she's risen in the CIA, the work has gotten more dangerous and more lethal and so
I think as we go into Season 4. Annie is a, much more seasoned agent, than she was when we first met her way back in the beginning
and so
the moral conflict
is all heightened
in Season 4 because i think she is a good person
at heart and so, as you sort of fall down the rabbit hole. It starts to kind of
create some friction
with her moral code. is everthing in there accurate?
very much so
At the end of Season 3, Henry Wilcox, really tries to
put a shadow on Joan and Arthur
and tell Annie that they're, you know not as good as she thinks they are. And Annie
really stands up for them, and I think she really
believes that they are good people and worth
the sacrifices that she makes
she trusts them and she trusts their division
and in Season 4
that's called into question again, and I think Annie
is gonna have to decide, what side she's gonna go on or if she's going to go on her own
It's a really action packed season.
especially bringing in Hill Harper cause he comes out of CSI: New York, which I'm a huge fan of
and um
he's very smart and very meticulous and very strong and good at action
and he's a good actor so he has all the kind of qualities
that we are looking for, to play Calder Michaels
I wasn't involved that much in social media when I first started Covert Affairs but Chris Gorham really
got me excited and interested in it
and literally got me on twitter and now I really like it, and I think it's fun
cause we're not on the air quite yet but it's a way of sort of
connecting with everybody and getting them excited for the opening of the show
the way that kids watch tv now, is sort of in chunks and they marathon it and they download it and they watch it on their
iPads and computers and stuff and so
they will watch 5 episodes on a weekend and so they'll follow the long arc of it
and I think it's really satisfying and I think people liked it
I think it was the best
season they've seen yet
when you see Season 4, you might change your mind
