This is another really popular exercise. We are just going to go over a plank, some common
things that happen wrong and how to do it properly So a plank, we are going to start
on our elbows and our feet, a lot of times we will see people arching up top, just because
they can't get into a proper position We don't want to do that. It just doesn't
get the activation we are looking for, and the other common thing is, if people just
don't have the strength, they tend to just kind of sag way down in the middle What we
want is a nice straight line, good stable core with a little bit of a curve in your
low back and strong stable shoulder with your head in line. I would work to hold up to 30
seconds at least and then you can go from there
