A Glee star checks himself into rehab. Cory Monteith, who has played Finn Hudson on all
four seasons of the hit FOX musical series, has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment
facility for substance addiction, his rep announced this past weekend. In a 2011 interview,
the 30-year-old actor had admitted to battling drug and alcohol addiction as a teen and first
checked into rehab at age 19. Monteith's Glee co-star and real-life girlfriend, Lea Michele,
has since released a statement, saying "I love and support Cory and will stand by him
through this. I am grateful and proud he made this decision." We wish Cory luck on his road
to recovery, and be sure to stick with us at Celebified for more celebrity news.
