Hello, my name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we are going
to be cooking potatoes au gratin. Before we complete our creation of the potatoes au gratin,
we want to slice our cheese. Now I selected this cheese but you can use any cheese that
you like. A lot of recipe with potato au gratin they choose cheddar cheese. Well I come from
Europe and what we do is we use any cheese that we like. Any cheese that is in the fridge
actually. So you want to slice it, first you want to peel it. Of course, you don't want
to be cooking this red plastic; just make nice long slices. The amount, it depends on
you. How much cheese do you like? Do you like cheese cheesy. Are you a cheesy person? You
can put more cheese. I like cheese. My family loves cheese. Do you like mozzarella you can
put mozzarella but I would rather use some kind of cheese that has a flavor to it. I
like this kind of cheese cause it is kind of nutty. It does not have to be perfect you
slice it the way that you like. Hey sometimes there is no rules in the kitchen. You put
as much cheese as you like. There you go. That is the cheese.
