Now I'm going to show you how to clean the bell of your trombone. First of all, OK, remove
this tuning slide here. We're going to take our denatured alcohol and remove any grease
that is on this tuning slide. First of all, we're going to take our valve snake again
and run it through the entire length and back. And this really doesn't need to be done very
often. Most of your, the moisture, is put into your slide of your instrument, so this
probably would only need to be done once every six months. Now take your sponge, and of course
with soap and water go ahead and just clean on the outside real good. This goose neck
part right here, we're going to take our slide brush again and run that through. And then
a microfiber cloth works very well to clean off extra water and such from, from the outside
of the bell, that really helps a lot. And that is how to clean the bell of your trombone.
