This is similar to books, there are various books in th world which telling you must know
this book, is it acknowledged, I just gave you the Qura’an is acknowledged by all mankind
of the world, you take up any other book it will never be acknowledged by the other man.
I said he will not practice it, he will believe, he will agree to it that is my statement,
if you put forth a Qura’anic Aayah to any man of the world, he will acknowledge it but
the other books when presented there their scholar themselves are finding faults in their
own books, what it is not acknowledged, so these people, he says they forbid which is
disguised. Like Bible is disguised as a book of GOD. Who said the Jews says a book of GOD.
The Christian say, this is the book of GOD, it is disguised book, it is not the good book
of ALLAH, not Qura’an is the book of ALLAH. It is acknowledged to speak to anyone, he
will agree, not believe and practice may have not the Wisdom to practice but he will agree.
Similarly, then he says now it means that be patient over what reaches you, you know
there are situations in life, there are different situations in life that from ALLAH, ALLAH
says in to Baqra’ah 2 155, ALLAH will test you from food and hunger, from loss of psychology,
loss of wealth, so you have they should have patient. So what happens the command if they
do have patients whatever reaches you, whatever reaches from not your hands did it but it
comes from an accident or from outside the world, it is a trial a test from ALLAH. So
you should have patients and believe me people get panicky and they become panic and they
start thinking that something some people have done some magic on us, something is going
wrong in our life in these days because when something reaches them from ALLAH, they do
not understand this, it is a trial and test from ALLAH but they think the other way that
some people are doing some magic on us, something is going wrong and they you know have superstitious,
tremendous amount of superstitions and believing that. Something is going wrong with me, this
is all superstitious, no magic, no superstitious, it is all appeared in your mind, you think
that way. So ALLAH says when something reaches you, you must have patients that it is a trial
coming from ALLAH, have patients. What happened, the ultimate is death and ultimate to reach
is what, if you know what is our goal, the final goal of a believer or Muslim is the
garden, the most pleasurable thing of the newness of ALLAH, whatever the big palaces
you have, whatever the wealth you have, it is not your satisfaction, it is the Satan
is trying to delude you but the real truth is the after death is garden and eternal peace.
That is the truth, reality, you will reach GOD. What about little little petty matters,
you know, you are going to die but still you are afraid the maximum is the death but you
think that some delusions, some people are doing something to us and your psychology
become so panicky that you run a long you don’t look at GOD, you don’t look at ALLAH,
you don’t ask for his guidance and strengthen you, you run around to people, thinking that
they will help us, they will give assurance something like that, nothing it is all delusion,
the reality is that you must have patients if something goes wrong, you must have an
Aayah in you mind that ALLAH is testing me. He is trying me that you have patient. So
this is what the third point is and then it says surely that is an order of firmness,
firmness a person who have patients during the time of panic, during the time of what
reaches him, it is a strong hold of firmness in him. These are the Hikma’ah the Wisdom
I am reading. Further it continues, same LUQMAN A.S. is saying to his son
Now in this Aayah do not swell your cheek with pride. You know, this is all over every
human being, whenever they see a lower class person, their cheeks are swelled even a relative
comes or poor guy coming in and knocking the door, your cheeks, your face becomes, you
know with pride. Why ? for what has, ALLAH is given you, is it you think you have earned
it, the things even your beauty or intelligence everything that has been provided to you,
you bows on it, you have pride on it, I am proud of you and I am proud of that and I
am proud of this, you use these statements and ALLAH says, do not being having any pride,
what for, anything a person who is intelligent person who is got brains, who is got good,
who is got wealth, is it his anything of his, it was given by ALLAH. So that is why ALLAH
says do not swell your cheeks with pride, what for? What for? That is not yours given
to you and do not walk with merinos, you know people who do not have any goal in life that
is what it says like noising in festivals with dancing and you know, you should have
a purpose in life. People do not have aim, goals in life, what they are doing, they are
just wondering in life, not a specific goal that okay careers are there, or there are
you are after money, or you are after this but the purpose of life is not only this you
have to have a strong moral character and moral conscious that is what the purpose of
life is to have garden in his peaceful life, peace in this world and a garden on the other
life. So how should we walk in further Aayah says lower your voice. First is you must have a
purpose in your walk, I was just telling you, you should not have a merinos walk, you must
have a purpose in life and the purpose of life is to attain peace in this world and
garden or the nearness of the good pleasures of ALLAH, that is the purpose. The other thing
is to live in the world. The other things we do careers and everything is just to live
in the world, to sustain yourself, actual purpose is to have peace of mind and soul
and have garden and the nearness of ALLAH. This is the purpose, aim in your life, the
true aim. So for this you have to work it out, that is the conduct and the course and
it says and lower yourself by the voices, what is lower yourself of the voices, lower
yourself by the voice, your voice. Because it says the most disguise or disguistous or
deniable voice is the brain of *** or voice of a donkey. But what is brain or braze, it
says to make a loud harsh breathy cry and a disagreeable sound, deniable sound so whenever
a donkey braze it is defined as a deniable, a person who is denying something in languages
of the world. It is referred as a deniable to the essence of the message of GOD. When
you know the truth and you start denying, you behave like a ___ of a donkey. You understand
what I am saying ,when the donkey braze, you know, it is define to make a loud harsh breathy
cry, loud, harsh, breathy cry, have you seen a donkey doing it, yes, so if you do not agree
to the essence of the message of GOD and you start using argument, you think that you are
like a donkey. You are argue, your behavior, your face and you will get annoyed and irritated
to an essence of the message, you see a donkey brain and use your skills, see yourself, when
you do not agree to the Aayahs and the message of ALLAH. Why he says so you go further Aayah

is in the Hujra’at Sura’ah it
is described in what is lowering a voice of his voice in front
of the voice of the Prophet. What is the voice of a Prophet, do you hear the voice of a Prophet.
Anybody here in the hall can say I hear the voice of a Prophet, every Aayah that we read
and understand this is a it is the saying of the messenger, is the KALAM the word of
GOD. This book of ALLAH is the KALAM, the word of ALLAH, right, and it is the revelation
NAZIL from ALLAH. It is a revelation from ALLAH. It is a book of ALLAH. Who said it,
messenger Muhammad Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alehiwassallaam, so this Qura’an is a saying
of the messenger, Muhammad Sallallahu Alehiwassallaam peace be upon him. You understand this, you
must understand this that any Aayah in the Qura’an is the word of ALLAH, is the revelation
from ALLAH, is an inspiration from ALLAH, inspiration means WAHI, WAHI inspiration from
ALLAH, NAZIL means revelation from ALLAH, word, the sentences, the Aayahs, the word
from ALLAH, the book of ALLAH but the saying that said by messenger Muhammad Sallallahu
Alehiwassallaam peace be upon him, you understand this, it is the saying of the messenger and
in the Qura’an there are MOOSA A.S. is saying to mankind, EISA A.S. is saying to mankind,
Ibraheem A.S. is saying to mankin, all these messengers addressing the mankind, in the
Qura’an, so whenever the MOOSA A.S. addressed to people, he is Prophet, Ibraheem A.S. addressed
to the people, he is a Prophet, NOOH A.S. addressed to the people, he is a Prophet,
so if you raise your voice to the messenger or Prophet’s voice, it is not you are not
hearing sound, it is the message, you have to lower your voice to the Prophet’s voice
and the Prophet’s voice are all in the Qura’an. Every Aayah addressing, any Prophet addressing
to his people is the voice of that Prophet and you understand the message, you have to
lower your voice to hat message what the Prophet says in the Aayah, including Muhammad Sallallahu
Alehiwassallaam as a seal of the Prophets, everyone we do not make distinction among
the Prophets, we are Muslims, so we Muslims agree and believe and submit to all the Aayahs
that Prophets address to people we agree and submit to that that means we are lowering
our voices to the voice of the Prophet and if we raise your voices above the voices of
Prophets, so you can imagine, you can see if somebody who says, you see his face and
then you think about the donkey, if somebody wants to raise his voice above the voice of
the Prophet, of the message of ALLAH, you think of a donkey because ALLAH is describing
us, telling us that you are like a donkey, you have just brain, you are making no sense
at all, breathy loud, harsh voice to the essence of the Prophet because you must understand
the Wisdom, I am again telling you Wisdom you are listening this is a Wisdom, these
Aayahs are Wisdom, a person whose voice, he will understand, intelligent my use his argument
but he will fail because no one, an intelligent man cannot overcome the wise man, remember
this. A wise man he believes, he practice the judgment, the just things, intelligent
man can understand but he may not practice that is the difference. He can understand.
I have noticed in my lifetime non-Muslims quote the Aayahs, you know this, non-Muslims
they may not believe and practice but may use an argument for you to you, quoting you
an Aayah, what for, if you do not believe an Aayah of the Qura’an why you are quoting
to me, to us, the believers, Muslims because you do not believe, you just want to make
a point because we have got fear of ALLAH, we believe a person who is a wise person,
he believes in the Aayahs and practice, so he is terrified but that person is using just
to fear me of the Aayah, off course I am a person the believer who is conscious of the
Aayah but using an Aayah for an argument, these Jews and non-Muslims are quoting Aayahs
these days, all times to make a point, so that is not true. So now you understand what
is lowering of the voice and nearness of the Prophet, you must lower your voice, you must
not raise your voice and if you will lower, ALLAH is examined your heart and for your
Taqwa’ah, how to take guard that is describe in this. Now in I am reading now these Ayaats
that I was reading was LUQMAN A.S. was giving the Wisdom the verses that I read was a Wisdom
of LUQMAN A.S. who gave to his son but this Aayah that I am going to read is also Wisdom
Aayah, the Aayahs of Wisdom, just I am going to read, in Sura’ah Al-Isra’ 17, [Arabic
text]I read further next Aayah Now in
this Aayah is a relationship between the parents and the children. This is also Hikmah, the
Wisdom. It says first that you do no worship except him that we have already, the first
Aayah I read this is similar Aayah that we will not worship or serve except ALLAH, we
will not serve anyone. Now the further point is that be good with your parents, very very
important Aayah, be good with your parents. A wise person will understand and believe
and practice, intelligent person will understand, yes we should believe, we should have good
relations with our parents and it says very important, when any of them attain old age
in your presence, in your lifetime if they become old, say do not say to both of them
a word of contempt that means dishonor and do no repel both of them, say an honorable
saying to both of them. You know, in this Aayah in the arabic language there are for
dual there is a plural in dual and singular in arabic dual, so in the general word, in
the general understanding, the mother is given an edge but in the Qura’an it is not, it
is both, so generally in the Christian Bible or in the Hindu religion it is the mother
who has more valuable but the Qura’an does not make a difference, both of them, it says
do not say a word of contempt to both of them, usually mothers have got strong hold on children
and their children retaliate to their parents, the father, not the mother, mother is holy,
and under the feet is Janna’ah or the garden under the feet of mother, is nonsense, ALLAH’s
garden is not so cheap, you have to earned it, you have to really earned it. You are
making something in the garden of ALLAH, you know, you do not say a word of contempt to
your mother and father both, balance. So if ALLAH says in this Aayah use the word dual
and it says do be good to your parents, father and mother, both and further it says and when
any of them meaning father or mother attain an old age in your presence, in your lifetime,
do not say to both of them a word of contempt, OOFF, dishonor, do not dishonor of them, this
is Wisdom. Do not dishonor your parents is Wisdom. I have noticed in my lifetime many
many people they do not agree to these Aayahs, they do not practice these Aayahs, it is a
big problem in the West, it is a big problem all around the world. The children do not
honor their parents at all because they are intelligent, they are not wise, they do not
have the Wisdom and believe me I told you in the beginning the Prophets got the book
and the Wisdom. If you do not practice the Wisdom, if you are not a wise person, you
will never understand the book of GOD. It is not useful for you. This book is not for
you. The book is for those who take guidance and practice and they are wise people do this,
not intelligent. They are wise people, if you understand this Aayah, in it is true essence
then is a wise person you must understand not only say these words that you should be
good to your parents, just says it, you must mean it, you must practice it, you must believe
in it, believe in it and practice and look further, it says, anyone of them attain an
old age do not say a word of contempt. OOFF in the Arabic, is a word of OOFF, means contempt
and dishonor, disrespectful, do not repel both of them and whenever you say something,
say honorable to them. So this is Wisdom, any person who is young, who is got their
parents must understand this that he should be wise, he should have Wisdom and practice
and believe. It is not just look, if you say to t his verse to any man of any religion
whether is a Jew, whether he labels as Christian, whether he labels as of Buddhist, but this
verse everybody understands, intellectually but the wise person may be labeling himself
anything will understand and start practicing. Se we say there are people non-Muslims they
are very nice people, very good people, what for? They must be having Wisdom. The Qura’anic
Aayahs are not saying something new, it is already in you, in you, in among mankind.
The spirit the essence of ALLAH’s message is within all mankind, it is not something
that you have to understand from outside, it is within you, you understand this. It
is a part of yourselves, ALLAH has made us in a manner that we understand all this. It
is not that we do not understand, we understand but the question is do we believe and implement
in our lives that is important. Now further it says, and from the merci lower your wing,
lower the wings in humility for both of them, again both of them and say, Oh My LORD, be
merciful on both of them, again both of them, as they both cherish me when I was little.
That your are asking, you must pray to ALLAH, have merci on both of them as they cherish
me when I was little, when you were nothing. When mankind was nothing, he was a little
boy, birth, you know whenever you are a child a born, what are you, how your parents day
and night take cares of you and cherishes you and you become arrogant, lower your self,
what is lower of wings. What are wings? You know you are flying high these days man, they
say in the language, when you become a successful man, you got knowledge, you become a big man
and now you fly high that flying high, it says lower your wings in front of your parents
that is lowering of the wings. To your parents you are just a child, a kid, always, he may
appreciate you but in your mind, in their minds, you are nothing but a kid, you be can
become anything and believe me there are people their sons and children have tremendously
advanced to their parents, they do not respect their parents, they feel shy about it, believe
me, I have come across these guys, they feel that my parents are you know “driver hai”
you know like this and “I am like this” what nonsense, you are nothing, if you do
not have, because you are a birth of the same parent, the genes of the same parents, they
might have not got the education or something because of parents have must have gone through
some difficult task and difficult life, so they may not have the ability to do what you
have done it or if ALLAH is given you that intelligence so you will not respect your
parents, so remember this wise people understand these Aayahs, the Wisdom. This is Wisdom if
you have and respect your parents and further it says lower your wings, lower the wings
and then pray to ALLAH, remember this is very nice; Oh My LORD, be merciful on both of them
as they cherish me when I was little, very very important and very nice. How may people
pray about your parents nothing, your heart is black from your parents that means you
are not a wise person at all but if somebody tells you to do so, so you will say, it make
sense, I understand and this really good but there all the things, you know there must
be some parents may not have dealt as nicely as the expected them to be so they have got
the remarks in the lives. So he says Oh My LORD be merciful on both of them as they both
cherish me when I was little both, remember this both, do not forget this both and mothers
you watch out. I am speaking to mothers, you see, you create a problem with father, you
got a son, generally I am telling this, I have noticed many women, many mothers try
to hold their children so they go against the father. So do not think that you got the
Janna’h is below your feet, Astakhfarullah. So ALLAH said both, so you watch out because
you will get part on the Day of Judgment, if you develop your sons to go against the
father, you will in big problem because you have to pray for both of them. The father
does his own duty, his responsibility what is imposed, not that the mother is more, naturally
the mother is more incline to the child, I understand this but that does not mean, you
just put father aside. He has done his work, it is a car of two wheels, it is not that
the only mother, mother of course what is necessary and important for mother to take
care of but he must not, she must not make the son against the father, which normally
mother does it, any if father say something to the mother and this feelings, the feelings
of mother is against the father, you pose to the child, the son and make an opponent
and he crippled the child, basically. Because the child does not like it, because he is
got built in his, he is got the spirit in him, he does not like it, why would he go
against his father? Why would he go? You are making him cripple, you are killing his psyche,
killing basically it is killing and ALLAH will not forgive you for that. Anyway, again,
the same parent children relationship is the Hikma’h, the Wisdom you are reading,
Now there is an argument by the children in my lifetime, they say we are trying to get
the message the children, we are trying to understand the Qura’nic Aayahs, we are taking
guidance but you know my parents, they have that, they are from the old time, they do
not want to agree, so they do not want to obey. Now you must understand this Aayah,
very important, it says, that if the parents strive with you, they struggle, they make
sure, they strive with you so that you associate with me of that which you have no knowledge
then you do not obey them,
