In this third evidence video in the case involving Collectible Express you will see an e-mail
correspondence between the owner of Benays Animals, Perris, and Russ, one of the executives
of Collectible Express
wherein Russ is told that the reserve bid or minimum bid prices that were set are OK.
You will notice in this video that the e-mail addresses are being blocked out in order to
ensure compliance with You Tube's privacy policy. But this will probably not stop one
of theses scam artists from flagging it with You Tube.
This is because Benay and Perris are desparate to get people to belive their lies and deceit
and they are terrified of any real evidence that exposes their scheme.
The significance of this e-mail correspsondence along with the ones in evidence videos 2 through
6 is that they all show that Russ or Collectible Express were never the ones in control of
the reserev bid or minimum bid prices on their family's estates auctioned antique items.
The reality is, as shown in this video, that Russ was always allowing Perris and his sister
Benay to control what the reserve bid proces would be. He just gave them recommendations.
Why that is important is because in the lawsuit filed by these 2, and in Benays videos, they
claim that Russ undervalued many of their items at auction.
And the reason that they make this claim is because they hope that a jury will believe
their lies and will grant them a cash award for damages.
But the truth is shown in this video and in the other videos that Russ or Collectible
Express could never have undervalued anything, because Perris and Benay were always the ones
in total control.
Please understand that these two criminals are not only suing for monies based upon that
lie, but they are also suing Collectible Express and Russ claiming that they are victims who
had thousands of antiques stolen from them.
They want you and the courts to believe that they were stupid enough to turn over as they
claim, thousands of antiques or an 18 wheeler full or antiques, to Russ without any type
of signed receipt for them.
Then they are later exposed in evidence video 7 which shows a signed receipt by Perris that
states that he received back all of his familys high end or valuable items.
This is a receipt that they obviously forgot that they signed. But it directly refutes
their lies and false claims. In fact it destroys them.
And in evidence video 8 you can see a letter from an insurance company showing that Perris
lied to the insurance company in an attempt to secure monies for antiques that he and
his sister never gave to Russ.
That is enough evidence to prove that this man and his sister are nothing but very disgraceful
low class people who are trying to use the court system to steal from a successful eBay
company.
