Hi, I'm Paul Richards of Haverford Systems
I'm here at our Design Center where we host most of our webinars
in Downingtown Pennsylvania. We're right outside Philadelphia
that's where we ship all the cameras from and I'm here to talk about the Big
Shot HD camera line
alright so we were really happy to introduce this new line of
Big Shot HD cameras from VueQuest
this camera is the base model and it comes in five different flavors
It has a really cool looking Polycom look and feel to it
and a full 360 degree rotation
and each camera has a different and unique field of view
so we're creating a Swiss Army Knife approach to choosing the best camera for
the room size that you have. It starts with out Pan-Tilt, no zoom
and sells for $599
and has a 140 degree field of view which is unheard of
is the widest webcam available that I know of. It also has pan-tilt capabilities
The next camera up
we have 3 3x optical zoom camera so we have a
3x 720 we have a 3x 1080
and we have a 3x Wide. The Ultra-Wide
camera is a 110 degree field of view perfect for
you know wide classrooms or conference rooms where you want to have a little bit of zoom
capability but you also want a wide angle field of view
and of course we're 10x optical zoom
which has a really nice 75 degree field of view
but you can imagine is plenty for most medium-size conference rooms
and also other 10x optical zoom capability
zoom all the way in and I'm see
people full-view so that's really nice the other thing about this camera which
is really special
is you get 10 presets and those presets
really make this camera shine out from the others because
you can have a preset set on the person at the front table
you can automatically have it zoom out
all can be pre-assigned up to ten precepts
are the nice thing here is the power off button
will actually allow you to mute what's going on so if you want to
almost the way you can mute a microphone you can 'mute' the video on your video call
it also has the ability to flip the image
so these cameras are great for mounting ceiling. So we can mount these cameras in
the ceiling with the free ceiling mount that
it comes with and
we're just really happy to win to have five cameras under a thousand dollars
that are USB 2.0 meaning they'll work with any Web
video conferencing services available today Skype
WebX, we just did a Zoom.US call
I've tested it with Google hangout I know for a fact it'll work with Polycom
RealPresence
and coming from the manufacturer, VueQuest said it'll work with
every web cloud video conferencing software out there today
so we have not found any that doesn't work with and I we are definitely open
to doing webinars
test calls and adding adding verified cloud base softwares to our list
because it's quickly growing we've had a lot of
good experiences with this camera.
