Hi, now that we've practiced all these methods that I taught to you in the home to the point
that you feel very very comfortable and at ease with them, let's try them in some settings
outside the home to make you feel equally comfortable and to just get you some more
practice. Now here we are at the park and you know if you want to breast feed appropriately,
again you start with the double shirt method. Pull up and you can pull down with this one,
getting the baby in here and wrapping him in, tucking him in here. You could sit here
virtually undisturbed. Now we're going to be using the blanket technique, practicing
outside the home. Again, you get your breast ready where you pull up on the bottom shirt
and lower the bottom. Remember taking the opposite corner of the blanket, putting it
over the opposite shoulder that you're breast feeding on, so, like this, just take the corner
up over the shoulder, get the baby positioned while covering yourself and then over the
top, just like that, it's that simple. The more you practice it, the more you'll feel
comfortable with it.
