All right, well this is the second step to going backwards. In the previous section I
explained more intermediate way, which is start out going forward, stop, and then go
backwards. But this way we're going to start off with a free mount and then go backwards
right away. A lot of the same techniques still apply. Make sure everything behind you is
out of the way, make sure you keep your gaze forward, and make sure if you fall, you fall
forward. Going backward is just not pretty. I put it underneath just like I'm going to
do a free mount. And then I jump up and then go. You're going to have very little time
to gather your balance, very little time to think before you just start moving. So I'm
going to show you really quick. Jump on, and then move backwards with your right leg. Show
you that one more time. Hop on and then go backwards. And I'd make a game out of it.
Two, three, four, five, six pedals, keep going. Get my foot together, shake everything out,
good, I hop on, fall back, and go backwards. If you have to catch yourself in idle a little
bit, than that's good. Go forward, stop, and go backwards. And forwards and backwards,
and then you can just go back to idle. So, yeah, that's pretty much it. More the advanced
technique of it. You have to work your way up to this one. Don't worry about if you can't
get it right away, you'll learn it. And that's the more advanced way to go backwards.
