Travelling! Travelling is everything!
All the feelings you have and all the situations you get pass through.
I don't need to say more. Everyone that done it before they know what I am talking about.
Constantinos is lucky. He has the chance to travel to see and to live. I wish him all the best!
I am at the Ethnographic village of Etar. It is located right after Gabrovo
I am at Shipka pass, and this is the Shipka monument.
Here the final battle agains the Turks took place.
It's totally worth entering the monument. The entrance fee is just three levas, thats one and a half Euro.
And it is a museum. I think there are the best three levas I 've spented so far in Bulgaria
I wanted to come here since the first day i started programming this trip.
Welcome to Buzludzha Monument!
Somewhere here the Communist dream comes to an end for Bulgaria.
They built the monument at 1980 and they abandoned it at 1989 after the fall of Communism
That's a Coca Cola logo with the words "Enjoy Communism"
On top it says "Never forget your past"
Actually that was "Forget your past" and someone added "never" in front. I saw it in some older pictures.
This hole here, was the one that you could enter the building. They have barricaded it.
Somebody told me that they covered it. Unfortunately. I want to enter it so much. I will try to find a way.
I think we found our way in!
You have to climb down using this metal bars as a stair. And we are inside.
At last. I am inside!
It is a total wreck...
I am in Kazanlak and I stopped to visit the Thracian tomp.
The areas southern of the Balkan mountain range were the Thracian territories, and they are full of Thracian tombs.
This one is the original one, and they made a copy that you can visit.
So you get inside and the fee is three levas, if you want to take pictures it's five levas and for video fifteen levas.
And I said to her that I won't take videos so I need the basic one.
I get inside the the tomb is these two steps and a circle room with diameter of 2 meters.
And that's all!
So I get out again and ask the lady, where is the rest of it
-That's it, she says!
That makes these three levas, the worst three levas I spent in Bulgaria.
This builing over here, the Old tomb is far ore impressive that the one I saw inside.
I am just outside Varna, at the Stone forest...
... The most famous stone formations, have their own name as well.
That one is named "lonely Soldier"
Right in front of me is the stone formation called "The Family". Supposed to be the father, mother and child.
Somewhere here must be.....
...ah here it is
They named it "The circle of life"
It supposed to have huge amount of energy flowing here
I didn't feel enything.. probably they say it to sell..
This lighhouse marks the easternmost point of Bulgaria.
and it 's the tallest and oldest lighthouse of the Black sea.
I climbed on Ovech Fortress...
The fortress was huge. There is a path along the cliff and it used to connect the towers that existed here.
I am at Shumen Monument.
It was built here to celebrate the 1300 years of Bulgarian history. And it is huge!
