"John, I want you to know you were brilliant during these 8 hour flight. You made my trip much softer thanks to your service"
It is easy to call the captain for mistakes. But I like Positive Psychology. I keep the secret of the note till the last minute.
As I am about to leave the airplane, and as I get closer and closer to the flight attendant, I finally hand the note.
I even learned when to look back to see his or her smile for the note. It is seven steps (laughs)... one, two, three..
Then you turn around, and you see his or her smiling face. Why do we tend to call the manager for the negative and never praise?
