Hi I'm Tony at eBay and today I'm going to show you how you can view and download
your invoices.
Sign in to your account on ebay.co.uk
and click My eBay at the top of your page.
From My eBay, place your pointer over the Account tab and click Seller account.
This is the invoice view showing the latest invoice on your account.
To see a different invoice, go to the Invoices box on the right.
From the Select invoice drop-down menu, select the month and year of the invoice you want
to see. Then click Go.
The invoice you selected opens in a new window.
If you want to print the invoice, click the Printer friendly version link at the
top right.
To download it, click the Download link.
You can download invoices from the last 18 months.
From the Download invoice page, go to the Download criteria section and select
a format.
You can save your invoice details as An HTML or as a CSV file.
To open a CSV file, you can use applications such as Microsoft Excel, making CSV
a useful format for saving your invoice.
I’ll show you how to download an invoice in a CSV format.
Select CSV and click Download.
Click Open.
The file will then open in Excel.
To read the invoice resize the columns and reformat the item number cells
to display them correctly.
The invoice shows you billing details, including the listing title, fee type,
and amount.
It also shows you credits or discounts that were applied during that billing period.
If you'd like to view your invoice in HTML,
select HTML on the Download invoice page, and click Download.
Click Save to save the file on your computer.
You’ll need to first uncompress or extract the downloaded HTML file, and then you can
open it in your web browser.
You can also set up an automatic download of your invoices.
To see how to do this, click the button on your left.
To see fees for a particular item you've sold,
click the button on your right.
I hope this was helpful.
Happy selling!
