Hey, Anthony here, I've got a real quick one for ya, I wanted to show you this
got a cool little tip that will come in handy
when you're marketing your facebook page
so when you're on your page...your business page and you wanna do a post
you write something
Hi...whatever, I'm not going to send the post right now
you know you can target that particular post
Let me show you what I mean. Right here where it says it's currently going to Everyone
Every one of my 125 fans
Instead, I want to customize that
you know maybe I'm doing something special that I only want it to go to a certain group of people.
For example, you have to start out with entering a country, United States
and then I can pick if I only want people in California
because maybe I'm doing something I don't want
to go to my fans who are in Michigan.
It wouldn't make sense or maybe I'm just doing something by city.
so I go you know what, I only want to send it to fans of my page
who are in Tustin California
who are in Tustin California
and I only want to do it to people who speak english
so if they don't speak English they're not thinking "what's this guy talking about all the time?"
I don't understand what he's saying. On the other hand,
what if I'm a Spanish speaking
agent and I only want to create posts that go to my Spanish speaking clients?
how does it know? Because on your client's Facebook profiles
they indicate most of the time, what language they speak.
and indicate most of the time what their location is.
and so this is a great way to target your posts
for your Facebook fan pages... sorry... let me give you one example here
I want to say it's for Tustin and only for English and if I were to
to do a post and I were to say "Hi, Tustin agents...
How's Business?"
I sent it, it's going custom and I hit Share
they're the only one's who are going to see it. Go ahead, check the page
and see if you see the post. You might see it if you log into the page but
it probably isn't going to show up on your profile
so take advantage of that, I think it's a great great tip
and Happy Marketing, please rate and comment
