bjbj TRANSCRIPT GAZPACHO SOUP FLIP: Soup is something you don't normally associate with
summer, but this is the perfect antidote to the end of a long, hot, summer's day when
you don't want to slave over a hot stove. It's cold soup. Now, stick with me people.
I know it doesn't sound appetising, but it really is, and the best thing about it is
that it's so easy to make. Now, all you need to do is add some red pepper or capsicum,
toss those in, along with some beautiful tomatoes, along with some cucumber. Just chuck it in.
One clove of garlic, some beautiful red onion. In it goes. Some fresh basil, which really
makes it. Toss those in. Now, I'm going to add a little bit of extra *** olive oil
for taste that really carries the flavour. Some red wine vinegar. It really goes best
with red wine vinegar. You can use ordinary vinegar, but it's a bit tough. And, some chilli
- as much or as little as you can handle. Now, de-seed it if you're not good with fiery
flavours, and finally the cracked pepper. Pop the lid on, and fire the [Indistinct]
up. Doesn't that look absolutely beautiful? You can eat it straight away, or you can pop
it in the fridge for a couple of hours to really chill it, and it tastes fantastic.
