What is up guys, impaKt here, AGAIN, with 5 little tips that most of you already know
about but I felt like should be laid out ANYWAY. These should help you set up ganks for your
jungler and increase the chances of success for his or her ganks.
ONE - Don't just expect your jungler to get to the lane and do everything for himself.
If you have CC, USE IT! It buys your jungler time to position and use his CC, if he has
any, thus increasing the time your enemies stay defenseless. Try to notice if the enemies
are aware of your jungler's positioning. If he gets spotted, time to CC before they get
away. Blowing summoner spells to get a kill or two is usually worth it as well, especially
if you manage to get an objective afterwards like dragon or the turret itself.
TWO - Clear. Them. WARDS! Alright you're having a tough time bot and you need the help of
your jungler. Once again, you can't expect him to do everything for you. If you want
a gank, you NEED TO DEWARD! You can use your trinket, you can use a pink ward, WHATEVER!
Just make sure to clear a path for him so he can HELP YOU! You'd think this is pretty
obvious but the amount of times that I see people not caring about this at all BLOWS
MY MIND!
THREE - Pink ward baiting! Imagine you're playing blue side and you see your opponents
warding the tribush. Let your jungler know that you're going to de-ward it, and ask him
to be ready. Place a pink, remove the ward, LET THE ENEMIES PUSH (important part here)
and wait for the support to start clearing it. As soon as he does, UNLEASH MAXIMUM DAMAGES!
This does work better when playing surprise party fiddlesticks.
FOUR - Time the enemy wards! If you don't usually do this, lemme give ya a few infos
first: totem wards last 1 minute until the champ reaches level 9. After that, they'll
start lasting 2 minutes. When the totem gets upgraded, the wards will start lasting 3 minutes,
just like standard wards. Notice what KIND of ward the enemies are placing and WHERE,
do the math, write down the expiration time of the wards, and let your jungler know. No
one expects the enemy jungler to be RIGHT THERE as soon as the ward expires, so it's
pretty much the perfect opportunity for a sneaky sneaky gank.
FIVE - Don't trash talk to the guy! If you're losing the lane and you need help, chances
are you didn't do your job right in the first place so you shouldn't be flaming anyone.
Besides, if I was your team's jungler and you started flaming me, heck I wouldn't step
on your lane again. EVER. It doesn't help, it reduces your focus, your jungler's focus,
and you'll probably end up losing another game for it. Sound good? Exactly, THEN STOP
FLAMING!
