Hi, this is Nathan holmquist and for this video I'm gonna show you how to speed list
your items into Amazon fba. You can do this with books, or with anything with a barcode,
but for this video, I'll show you how to do books. I'm doing it this way, I can get about
200 books listed, packed, and shipped to Amazon per hour. And it works very well whenever
I come home from a book sale and have 2 to 3 hundred books, and I want to get those things
listed to Amazon. So I use a program called spaceware.com, and I use that with the Amazon
labeling service and I use these two things together, it just works really really well.
Whenever I have a bunch of books to list. So I'll go ahead and show you how to do it.
Now on the bottom I have a bunch of preloaded comments here, the ones that I use the most,
most of the time I'm going to be using ships direct from Amazon, no markings, and most
of the time I'll be using the condition as very good so I'll set that as my default.
And as you can see in the picture, I have my keyboard web scanner set up on a stand,
so that way I can just drag the book underneath.
And this is a one motion listing, I just have to drag the book underneath, and as you can
see it takes less than a second to list it. This is also pricing it as well. I'm normally
right now I'm pricing mine 4 dollars higher than the lowest fba price, but you can do
it however you want to. And I'm going to do about 25 books just to show you, I'm not going
to do all 200. And I do have some with highlighting in it, so in order to do that, I'm going to
switch the condition now to good. So when that happens so I'll go ahead and do that
right now. And change the condition, I'll go ahead and list those. Okay, so now they
are in a pending upload, they're not in Amazon just yet. So if I want to I can edit these,
I can change the price, I can change the condition now and do anything I want, make any last
minute changes, but I'll go ahead and select all of these. And I will upload them to Amazon.
So this normally takes about 5 minutes to get to Amazon, but I actually already listed
these earlier so they're already in my seller central account. So I'll go ahead and go to
my Amazon seller central account and I'll show you how to use the Amazon label service.
So this part is the normal part of finishing up an fba shipment so here are all the 25
books I just listed and I'm gonna convert those to fba, so I'll change that to fulfillment
by Amazon and click on convert and send inventory, click send inventory and these are all unique titles, I don’t
have any duplicates, so I'll put a one by each one.
And click continue. Create a new shipment, save and continue. Click on work on shipment.
Click save and continue. And so you can see I do have a label fee turned on, so it's gonna
cost 20 cents each. I think it's worth it, now I don't have to label the books. If I
did change my mind, I could click on this button here, then I could label them myself,
but I think this is a fair offer, so I'll go ahead and pay the fee and click on continue.
And I'll click on Amazon partner ups rates. And this is gonna be one box for this shipment
so I just need to print one packing slip. Click on continue. Enter the weight. Click
on cost estimate. If for whatever reason I don't wanna ship this, I can cancel this within
24 hours and I won't get charged, but I would go ahead and accept charges and continue.
Click on continue. And I need to print the shipping label. Click on continue and complete
shipment. And I just have to put the books in the box, put the packing slip in the box,
tape up the box and put the shipping label on. And click on mark as shipped, and I'm
ready to go, so I can either drop it off at the ups store or schedule ups to pick it up.
Either one of those. So that's it for this video, I just wanted to show you how you can
list in bulk, this works well when you have over 200 items to ship, and I hope that helps
you in some way. For more tips and tricks on fba, please visit my blog at booktothefuture.com,
