Heat a pan on stove
Add 4 table spoons of oil
Add chopped ginger and chopped garlic

Now add 2 table spoons of tomato ketchup and mix it well
Add 1 table spoon of red chilli powder and mix them well
Add 1 tea spoon of black pepper powder
Add half tea spoon of cumin seeds powder
Add 1 tea spoon of coriander powder
Mix them well
Add half glass of water
Mix them well
Add salt to taste, this is 2nd time we are adding salt
Close the lid and cook under high flame for 2 minutes
Now add bread slices into the vegetable mixture and mix them well
Add 1/4 tea spoon of amchur powder
Add half tea spoon of garam masala powder and mix them well
Add 2 table spoons of lemon juice and mix well
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix them well
