Hi it's Day 8 and it's actually quite late and I just realised I hadn't done my video
for today.
So I decided to not weigh myself today. I think I'm going to.. well, I KNOW I'm only
going to get on the scales at the end of the 21 days because I don't really want to focus
on the weight. I want to focus on how I'm feeling.
And.. yeah, just stay focused on the juicing and how that is affecting me.
Today I had a really lazy Sunday, REALLY lazy. It's been chucking it down with rain here
and I've been lying on the sofa, lying on my bed and lying in the bath and doing not
a lot at all.
I haven't been very hungry today, probably because I haven't moved much. So I've just
been drinking ginger water - warm water with slices of fresh ginger in it. Sometimes with
a bit of local honey in it.
I've eaten some grapes and I've eaten some nuts and seeds and drunk water and that's
been about it, really, today.
My clothes are feeling looser, so that's a good thing.
And... anything else? No.. I think my mental clarity is getting better but I'm not sure
that anybody else would agree with that but hey, I'm going to say it anyway and mean it!
Ok, I'll stop blabbing on. Look, I look like I really do need my sleep as well.
So I'm going to say, good night and I'll speak to you tomorrow. Bye.
