Next we are going to start to move our bodies. Increasing your heart rate is going to help
you lose weight in any activity that you are doing and in our yoga practice we can incorporate
that as well by moving a little more quickly than we may normally in order to build some
strength and increase flexibility so as we are warming up the body we really want to
get that heart rate going and start to feel that heart rate coming on so let's start with
some flowing squats, separate our feet wider than hip distance and angling our toes out
at about a 45 degree angle. So let's inhale, we are going to reach our arms up over our
head and as we exhale we are going to bend our knees and bring our arms down out to the
sides with our palms facing up, inhale reaching up, exhaling down. We will flow with this
a few times just making sure that our toes and our knees are angling out in the same
direction here keeping nice alignment, moving a little bit faster and increasing that heart
rate.
