What's up everybody? Welcome to my channel MyTechMethods. My name is Andy, and today
I'm going to be going over the top five reasons not to get the new iPhone in 2013. So these
are my top five reasons not to get the new iPhone in 2013, and these are totally objective.
I'm an iPhone user. If you've seen any of my videos previously then you know I like
the iPhone, and I enjoy it. And I'm just satisfied with having an iPhone. But these are the top
five reasons to think about not getting the new iPhone in 2013. So let's get this list
started. Number five obviously is if you want more customizable options. And this has been
a reason since the first iPhone came out because Apple likes to lock their devices down. The
new iPhone in 2013 most likely won't have expandable storage or replaceable battery.
So if you want to add more storage space on your device and you want to replace the battery,
if you want those options you probably don't want to get the iPhone in 2013. The iPhone
5 only went up to 64 gigabytes of storage space so I'd say we'd be having a celebratory
cake if the new iPhone in 2013 went up to at least 128 gigabytes. So if you want your
smartphone to have more customizable options then the new iPhone probably isn't for you.
Coming in at number four is if you're already an iPhone 5 user and you're satisfied then
you probably don't want to upgrade. The new iPhone isn't likely to be a different form
factor. It's probably going to be the same size as the iPhone 5 with some minor upgrades,
probably faster internal speeds. There are rumors that there is going to be a fingerprint
sensor on the home button, maybe dual LED flash, and a 12 megapixel camera that records
120 frames per second for slow-mo video. If none of these features sound enticing to you
then you probably want to stick with the iPhone 5 if you already have the iPhone 5. So if
you're satisfied with your iPhone 5 I wouldn't recommend upgrading to the new iPhone in 2013.
Coming in at the number three reason not to get the new iPhone in 2013 is if you're not
looking forward to iOS 7. iOS 7 is probably going to be the biggest upgrade to the iPhone
in 2013, and if you're not too fond of the new design and feel of it don't get a new
iPhone. A lot of people love the new design and are looking forward to it, but if you're
not one of those people stay away from the iPhone because all the iPhones are going to
go to iOS 7 here soon. I myself am really looking forward to iOS 7, but it's not for
everybody so if you're not looking forward to it don't get the new iPhone. The number
two reason not to get the new iPhone in 2013 is if you want to totally commit to Google's
world. That's right. Every single one of us uses Google and at least one of its apps or
services daily. I mean you use Google search every single day. You're watching this video
on YouTube which is owned by Google. You probably found this video by doing a Google search
maybe. I personally use Google and its apps like they're going to rot like I use Google,
Google search. I use Gmail, YouTube, Google Drive, Google Chrome, Google Maps, Google
Voice every single day. But anyway you get the point. We're already using a ton of Google
services every single day, and it's not unreasonable for you to think about getting an Android
smartphone instead of an iPhone in 2013 to totally seal the deal with Google. And the
top reason to not get the new iPhone in 2013 is if you want to spice up your smartphone
life. If you switch to a new smartphone it's like putting Frank's Red Hot on your life,
like really. It spices things up. It tastes a little bit different. Some people love it.
Some people hate it, but it's just something different. So if you're looking just to spice
things up a bit and get something different. If you've gotten an iPhone every single year
since the first one came out you probably want something different. You're probably
growing a little stagnant because after all your smartphone is the one thing that's closest
to you at all times, and it will be for the next two years most likely. So if you just
want something different, if you want a different form factor, if you want a different operating
system environment, if you want a bigger screen, if you want any of those things you probably
don't want to get the new iPhone in 2013. And you probably want to switch things up
a bit in your life. So you got to ask yourself one question. Do you want the new iPhone,
or do you want some Frank's Red Hot? You decide. Thank you for watching. My name is Andy with

2013 is if you want to spice up your smartphone life. That's right. If you get a new smartphone,
okay. I want the new iPhone. Give me the.
