Now we're going to be throwing the vase from this centered piece of clay. So the first
step is to dampen the sponge. Find your center point, and slowly, once again, put some even
weight to the center and pull out towards the edge at the same time. Everything is slow
motions. Anything that you move or that you do really fast is going to uncenter the clay
and not make everything even. So now we're trying to get to the very bottom for the foot
of the vase. So we put slow pressure into the bottom and then pull. Pulling my hands
towards me to open it so that it's larger. We'll pull it again. We'll also pull now,
since we reached to the bottom of the vase. We take this other hand, squeeze these two
hands together and slowly pull up to heighten the vase. And then we'll keep pulling.
