- I can't help if I'm an atheist ...
- To be religious today means to be a Mormon or a terrorist.
- It would'nt be wrong if we tried to put some shades in this mess ...
- Some what ?
- Nevermind, because you must remember that there is substance, and the shape
about religion.
- Belief / and Dogma. Religion / religious people / That what you believe in /
and the way we practice it.
- Because read between the lines of a sacred book,
- And lead the bloodiest wars in history for a divine principle,
- There's still some differences.
- Let me be clear, the principle of believing in something
- To have a meaningful existence
- To deal with the difficulties because we have something or someone
to care about.
- It's healthy, it would be stupid to not envy the state of grace.
- The only thing that bothers me in all this is when we think that these
beliefs become truths.
- Whether it is a truth for yourself, ultimately it makes sense
- Otherwise it would be pointless to hold on to something that you know is false.
- It is more disturbing, when you think that this belief gained personally
is an universal truth.
- Let see in another way ...
-Okay.
- No, I mean a different point of view.
- I'm an atheist, and my belief and personal choice is not to believe in a
superior entity. / For me, this belief is a truth that allows me to say
that the only meaning of life is to exist.
- And all around us, there are people who have different views,
different beliefs ...
- So please tell me how the fact that certain beliefs were written
makes them more legitimate than others ?
- It's all a matter of experience, what echoes in us, individually.
- After all these centuries, these millennia of history, none of these beliefs
has become universal, or even that global.
- Isn't it some proof that none of them is an unanimous truth ?
- It's a bit the meaning of a belief : it's a choice : the one to join
- ... Or not.
- When it's forbidden to one person to get the freedom to believe in what he thinks true
- What's giving him a meaning to his life.
- It is as stupid as revolting
- For the person can't not deny his faith / as it returns to deny his own
existence.
- Thinking that your belief is more legitimate than another, means to say that
your life is too.
- Isn't it a little pretentious that Mrs and Gentleman ?
- When you see the wealth of the Vatican,
- The exclusion of Tibet
- Violence around Mecca and Israel ...
- We understand there had a slight error between belief and self-centeredness.
- ... bwoa a little, but yes ... yes of course, just look better.
- If religion is the soul's food, isn't it just sensed to feed the believers
rather than sicken those who are not hungry?
