Hello everyone and welcome to my YouTube ad.
just to let everyone know that i like watching anime.
I can't explain why, I just like them
Sure there are some animes that are quite terrible and disturbing
so don't force me to watch an anime that would not interest me or something outside my comfort zone
But the thing I'm trying to say is that what usually attracted me to watch
these shows that those are opening and ending themes
The themes are short versions of songs from various singers.
I don't know why japan does this kind of stuff, getting parts of songs
or music videos and then use it for a theme.
In America, we usually make our own themes and they are
not part of a full version music video. But anyways, because those Japanese
songs exist, people wanted to do their own translations of the songs and sing them, which are known
as fan dubs.
Since there are so much fandubbers right now on
YouTube so I would like to talk about the top fandubbers today in YouTube.
I like to talk more about these people because what they do is different for usual.
And also they are pretty great, I mean, just listen to them!
First we have Amanda Lee, aka AmaLee, does fandubs on anime and videogame covers
(sometimes nothing anime related).
Such as Angel Beats, Sword Art Online, and Kingdom Hearts.
I would like to call her the best fandubber I have ever seen. She sounds so great!
If you haven't known yet but this channel was founded by two fandubbers, and the second one who is
also great was known as Annalie, but since she doesn't do much songs and not as motivated
as Amalee, she dropped out.
WHY!?!
Amalee did not just fandubbs but also voice overs.
In fact, she won the 2011 Anime Expo Idol FIRST PLACE in Los Angeles California.
Of course she made some original song and they are pretty awesome.
(music by VOXEL)
And she has her own website.
Daniel Alvarez, aka Shadow Link 4321, a male fandubber who,
well, you know, does anime and videogame covers. Mostly sonic games.
He also does some voice overs.
He also does his covers on Disney movies (man that's pretty awesome.)
and back to sonic games, he makes his own lyrics and uses the music to go with it
and not just that, he can recreate the instrumental music from a Japanese
song by himself?(adding with his awesome electric guitar playing) ( Man that is just so hard to believe.)
to make sure, listen to this.
(oh wait, others can do all those things too.) And because of that he provided the instrumental music to other
people so they can use it for their fandubs, including AmaLee. The amazing thing is that
he is not just a singer but also a Machinimator. That right, it appears he is one of the directors
of a super smash bros machinima virtual smash and brawl heros. (check them out it is pretty
cool and funny.) man he is so awesome I think fangirls would wanna pile on him.
Adriana, aka Adrisaurus, you can say that she is a real singing dork. Besides of doing
anime and japanese video game fandub covers (obviously) she does some covers from American
video games (by that I mean something like Bioshock, nothing Japanese related.) and she
did plenty of Disney covers, and they are all great. Not only that, but I think belle
is her favorite Disney princess because she dressed like her,( not entirely true.) She
also did songs from American shows and movies such as Legend of Korra, Adventure Time, and
the Hunger Games. (this is my opinion but I think Catching Fire will suck.) and she
even did some covers from famous singers like Maroon 5 and Lady Gaga, (wait, seriously?)
wow I think boys want her as their girlfriend. (oh please)
[mistakes] (I can no say this name right so I'll just say Ashe) he does, well, I'll
say it again, anime and video game fandub covers (mostly Vocaloid and Idolm@ster.)
He did some American songs from tv shows and famous singers (including Selena Gomez)
He even did some original songs, and they are pretty cool. He even did a fandub from a Korean song
(while speaking Korean? how unique) I think I wanna call him another version of,
I don't know, Ne-Yo? (close enough.)
There are so many great fandubbers right now.
JudyPhonic, Momoki, geekyfandubs, Lizz, I don't know when to stop.
The impact of many professional fandubbers inspired many people to sing their own fandubs.
And then there are times when they sing the lyrics to sing their fandubs. And they even
use their music for something else besides singing. Sure their singing isn't as great
as it should be and there aren't much views and subscribers, but hey, it's their passion.
Songs are available on iTunes, Mediafire, Loudr, Sound cloud, or at their own websites.
So that is it everyone. This has been my online YouTube ad, I am trying to do things differently,
I don't know if I have the time to do more, but thank you for watching and have a great day
