To look at the signs of maybe potential skin cancer, there are things to really look out
for. I recommend for everybody when you come out of the shower is the best time is to just
look at your body all over and see if there is something that you've never seen before.
Especially people who are fair skinned with lots of freckles and moles. These individuals
are at a high risk of getting skin cancer. If you looks at your body, look for new signs
of lumps or spots that you've never noticed before and record it. Follow it for about
a week or so and see if there are any changes, and drastic changes. If you feel that you're
not comfortable with what you're seeing, then I recommend you absolutely go and get it checked
out by a medical profession. Looking at moles and freckles too, moles and freckles. When
you look at mole or a freckle, you look at the diameter. Even if you need to measure
it, measure it. Keep a record. I think that's really good. If you know you're going to be
a high risk of getting skin cancer, look and see if it's changed in the size of diameter.
Look at the color of the freckle and the mole. See if that changes over time, over a short
period of time. Look and see if there's any indentations, any sort of extra that's coming
out of it and it's a little like liquid or some ***. That I would actually recommend
that you do an absolute follow up with your doctor, a medical profession and get a diagnosis
and see what it is.
