Hey guys, so welcome back to another restore my sneakers dot com video.
In this video, I’ll be talking about a pair of shoes I picked up two weeks ago.
The Air Jordan 5 Retro from 2006 in the grape colorway.
I won these for about a 185 dollars shipped on eBay, which is a really good deal considering
that the ankle area shows no sign of discoloration or yellowing, which is another common problem
with the Air Jordan 5’s.
Now the main problems with Air Jordan 5’s, is the netting on the side and on the tongue.
Obviously with this pair, it’s still pretty clear.
And now we have the obvious, creases on the toe boxes.
Since they are used, there are creases.
And lastly, the typical yellowing on the soles.
Now the left pair does have some problems.
There is some signs of paint peeling here on the midsole.
And there is some paint missing right here near the air unit.
Right here, where the black part meets the purple part, there is some paint cracking.
Some small paint chips right here and right here.
Now the main problem is, when they were listed on eBay they were listed as a ten and a half.
However, when I got them, they were a size eleven.
So in this episode, I’m basically advertising these.
Since I’m putting them up for sale.
Instead of contacting the seller and paying out of my own pocket to ship them back.
I’m offering them up for sale.
I’m asking for 205 dollars shipped via Paypal.
Which basically covers the amount I payed for and the shipping since these shoes are
relatively heavy and shipping cost are extremely expensive in the U.S.
Alright, that sums up this video.
