Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to take the first dough, the heavier
dough. It is not so heavy but it is heavier then the other one and we are going to roll
it a little bit bigger then the size of the tray that we are going to use. We are going
to roll it and prepare it for the second dough. Bring out the sides and another thing for
the preparation, for the other dough is always when you make a phyllo dough to have a lot
of flour on the side cause you are going to use it a lot on this stage. We are going to
sprinkle some on top and this is ready for the next step.
