So it's been a busy summer here a lot of work out in the back. Getting rid of big old trees
here that have dried up. Got a lot of soil sifted with the screener. Got the lawn done
right here. The primary work horse is the tractor BX25 right here. A quick look at the
back yard here. The pond is doing good, six koi fish in there now, no more trout. Pretty
good success with the garden. Tomatoes, beans, brussel sprouts, and cabbage and so on. The
road construction is progressing pretty good. This part was done last year, I'm continuing
to dig the bog out. You can see the bog dug out here, so about two or three feet of bog
is taken up and then I fill it in with rocks that I get from my screening process. The
bog there. So that where I'm up to at the moment, got to dig that up now soon and start
filling it in - so I have this much area to a dig up and fill in with rocks until I get
up to this part of the road that I completed earlier in the summer, right here. The road
goes up over this hill here. Margie's rose garden is over there. Some walking trails
as well as the tractor road. I'm trimming out a lot of trees here too. I got a good
portion of the fence finished this summer as well, so I have a bit to go right here.
I'm going to put another small natural pond right here. The fence is looking good. So
I had to remove about two feet of material right here to a get that fence in. Some gladiolas
here but bugs got them. This is the main working machine for the summer the screener. Doing
really good work, see some rocks there from the screening process. All this soil and junk
I'm screening. I got more rocks right there I'm saving for the road. YOu can take another
look at the road down here, where we just came from. So all together its been a pretty
good and successful summer. All of those trees out in front were taken from this area a lot
of them were blown down by hurricanes and what-not. So that's the current status.
