The application itself is about 400 web pages.
Data is not stored directly in the OutSystems database or SQL database,
but in SAP, which is closely integrated.
We provide more or less a tailor made solution, a tailor made process to a client,
within the standard process as it is supported by the application.
We could say we have, approximately, 350 to 400
different kinds of processes, running through the application.
I would rate the result of the tools very highly
because it's the first time I see every component we actually need into one platform.
We were used to having different components, for different purposes,
within the entire lifecycle or development cycle of the solution.
And what we now see, it's the first time that it's fully integrated,
giving all the expected benefits.
The typical change request we usually have is related to new customers
requesting us to take specific steps out of the process
and replace them by very client specific processes.
Our current cycle is that we have, approximately, a hundred changes every 4 weeks,
of which 50% is related to new requirements and 50% is more or less related
to optimizing current processes.
