What are you making? Egg Vada
Ingredients required to make Egg Vada
Eggs, Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Bengal Gram, Green Chillies, Onions, Garam Masala, Salt, Oil
Heat a deep pan for frying
Add enough oil for deep frying
Take 1 cup of gram flour & 1 cup of rice flour into a mixing bowl
Add one egg and some salt for taste
Soake a cup of bengal gram in water for an hour. Then add them into the flour
Add 1 1/2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
Add some chopped green chillies
Add 1/2 cup of choppped onions
Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala and 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
Add another egg and mix well to get a vada dough
Make small round patties (vada)
Start deep frying the patties
Take them aside once they're fried to a light brown
