thank you for taking your time to meet with me to discuss your real estate
needs
i'm sure we can find a beautiful home in your price range that will meet all of
your requirements
thank you
i'm sure my expectations are not unreasonable
my brother-in-law's best friend worked in real estate many years ago and told
me this is a buyer's market.
Well, yes but that doesn't mean you can get anything for any price
i think we should start with my needs and go from there
i would like to live either in north boise, on warm springs or somewhere in the
foot hills. i don't like crime and i want a new house in a safe, established
neighborhood with big trees and a large yard
the house should not be more than two years old
that is a difficult combination of features how about we start with your
price range
according to my extensive research that kind of home will cost between three
hundred and four hundred thousand dollars my sister's friend knows a
loan officer at a bank in Nebraska and she said anything over fifty dollars
per square foot is a waste of my time because it is a buyer's market
my price range of eighty to one hundred thousand dollars should be enough to
cover all of my needs
six pages and at least four thousand square feet is a good starting point
though i would obviously be comfortable with more
oh, oh dear
also my old high school friend from south dakota said that i would be able
to get all of my closing costs paid for by the seller
i would like to include a new roof in the closing costs as well because of the buyer's market
A new roof could cost as much as twenty thousand dollars
I don't know if you understand...
no i don't think you understand
while vacationing in florida I saw on a television news report that sellers were
desperate and would do anything to sell
so i assume that means i can get a new roof
and also a home warranty that includes trees and pets
and also my family
i have a friend
at williams creek realty that might be able to provide better service for you
here is his number
thank you
it's about time someone listen to my demands
it is a buyer's market after all
