okay still deep you footage but i think
okenka without the reversal
so i was talking with the two point two trillion and two thousand criminal
justice
so criminal justice and questions basically comprised of three components
of they're the guys
probably need to be there are let's start with that basis evil with violence
in their rap sheet or clear sociopathic uh...
pray tendencies
and we've got poverty related economic crimes drug abuse really on economic
grounds
burglaries itself and run around
okay so these are dangerous jobs that have highly morally questionable
characteristics
uh... but basically if we get better jobs will be
more profitable and
uh... for bed and asleep uh... legalized drugs and
strategist persecuting the pour forth in the middle class and which generally get
away with it
uh...
we be able to rent two thirds of the prison system out there with defense if
we were like a normal country we should really have a target of uh... about
two-and-a-half percent this sort of a goal because who are very good position
to uh... slow down on defense spending actually if we could find a way to uh...
focus on economy stirs actual wealth productions and what's destruction
uh... so resistance that we can reduce it to about two point eight of our
economy
that would be about uh...
five hundred billion
uh... which is still in my opinion too much
whether we went with that we want the two thirds reduction remainder
of the criminal justice uh...
uh... would probably be something like uh...
two hundred billion
for public safety criminal justice
you'd be looking at about seven hundred billion to two point two trillion
savings of one point five billion currently spent five fifty billion
little sliver of that whole pilots at about one twenty eight within about four
percent in education
i think we should be more like it around
twelve percent for education basic research as restitution for the damage
in bend the middle class and the poor by extractive practices
and over centralization
and all other government
it's really a m still it's not that big it's not more than about five hundred
billion believe it or not
and the cost of goods themselves presumably if you subtract out profits
all bonuses all payroll
and all this other stuff what's left is that things have to buy to make your
products
so that is a transit status and also in the case of business equity
sixty to personal business equity sown by one guy
wonders of the people and the other nineteen ninety two s
basically one third
and that is way different than from unless it was in eighteen forty swim
told look an american crafts and most marvelous society in the world
and so the wonderful solution
will be to have private-sector payrolls souvenirs
present sector
payroll
going down to here
so sexy but forty percent of the pie
uh... healthcare dropping to one point three trillion
would be about uh...
nine percent of the party
uh... defense dropping it down to about two and a half percent i would be about
uh...
uh... and corrections that and police at about two hundred billion
uh... we've talked about a seven billion figure
which should be about five percent between defense and corrections criminal
justice public safety and then small business rather than corporate profits
for another third of that
uh... truck we had their of over one point five trillion so what we what we
basically and we can do that with any government interference but just
investing in buying local products using things like you know
to guide us in saving a mcdonald's written at a local burger place that we
know is good because it's buckled things like he opened a ratings
uh... then we still have a question in a healthy corporate profits this case
about sixty seven hundred billion
uh... and then we can take education and move it to that one and a half trillion
so we could do all that but there seems to me this hussein self-destructive ***
instead of creating wealth which is wouldn't do
uh...
to destroying what's
uh... so that concludes the presentation thank you
