This is the 3rd dismount of the handstand it is the most difficult it requires you being
comfortable and trusting yourself that you won't let yourself fall. Please do not try
this move by yourself for the first time have a friend with you that can spot you to make
sure you don't slip and fall. As you can see it takes a tone of course strength and it
also takes the right placement of your legs and your hands. So I will go through this
very slowly pay attention where my legs are and where my hands are and where I grip the
pole when I come back up. This move starts off the same way as the open V so low arm,
high arm, head over tea kettle, make sure you have a good grip right there. Where my
hands are right now is where my hands are going to go back to after I let go. So I know
that my hands are right there and right there. Now I can let go that is one way to come out
of that. So there is a few different ways that you can come out of that move be creative,
it is your body be creative with it.
